After the last event with this papa johns, i thought i would give them a chance and they completely failed yet again. This time the pizza arrives in a decent time but the side ordered was not with it. Get inside open the pizza up and def not my pizza. Ordered a xl with hamburger, i get one with just about everything on it. Also, the name on the box was jonathan with a different number etc. Called the savoy location and told then i received the wrong pizza, the lady manager said she would look and put me on hold.... 15 mins later i hung up and called back. Was put on hold for another 5 mins, then i hung up and called back a few more times and was put on hold each time. Finally a young man picked up and asked me if i was jason and then said they cant help me bc they are busy..... i hung up and called corp. The corp female CS agent was nice and friendly and said they would have area management call sometime in the next 48. As soon as the paypal payment goes from pending to approved, i will file dispute on the payment. This unit has gone downhill in the last year or two and will no longer placing orders with papa johns. Ended up ordering a pizza from Marcos at Georgetown plaze and its very tasty. If you want good delievery pizza in the chamblee, doraville north brookhaven and dunwoody area, Marcos cant be beat. Just wish they had drinks.! Ive included a picture of the name on the box, which is def not me. Blurred out his last 4 of course...

Listen to the other reviews and stay away especially if you have a large order for a party and need it delivered. We ordered 2 days in advance and they showed up 45 minutes late because they didn't have a driver. For a kids birthday, 45 minutes is almost half the party. We had to cram lunch, cupcakes and a happy birthday song in 15 minutes. Go somewhere else.

Pizza was decent but service was horrible. I placed an online order at 9:37pm and got a text the order was ready at 10:30pm. I arrived to the location and noticed a full drive-thru. I decided to park and go inside to pick up my order. The door was locked and the employees saw me but refused to acknowledge me. I don’t understand why I have to wait in a long drive-thru line to pick up an order that is ready and has been paid for. It’s been sitting on their counter getting cold. They should at least put a sign at the door saying “drive-thru only” instead of looking at customers and ignoring them.

This location is HORRIBLE, I placed a future order for a few pizzas and I called the manager to confirm that my pizza’s were not for the day I ordered them but for a future date and she said that was ok. After arriving to pick up the pizza’s I was told that they had the pizza’s ready for the previous day so they could not give me the pizza unless I paid again. I tried explaining to them that the manager said the pizzas would be ready on the day I needed, and they refused to give me the pizzas. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME PIZZA.

Please get rid of all foreign call centers. Or just use the store. They will talk to you on the phone and not submit your order. And there's nothing customer service can do about it
