To whoever is the manager. You need more than 1 person working here. Please don't be cheap. 1 person can't do everything.
Super disappointed. I usually am a regular. Ordered from there Dec 21 at 7 and had my husband pick up the order. Breadsticks weren’t fully cooked . Still had RAW dough in the center. The pizza crust wasn’t cooked properly as well. Pictures attached. And no the breadsticks didn’t have cheese in them .

This by far is the worst experience I have ever had with a Papa Johns. If I could give a minus 5 I would. First time ordering from this location. Horrible experience!! Staff are liars and managers unprofessional. Too long of a story to put on here. Avoid this particular location at all costs!

Called to place a custom order. Confirmed with the manager that they could do what we asked. Pizza arrived and it was wrong. Called back and they refused to fix the issue nor would they refund us the money. Going to void the charge on the credit card and never order from them again.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with this Papa John’s location. I placed an Uber Eats order and five different drivers went into the store trying to pick it up. Every single time, the employees told them the order had already been picked up — which was NOT true.
After calling the store myself, one employee told me, “Yes, we have your order,” but when I asked if he actually had eyes on it, he admitted he did not see it and didn’t know what was going on. I asked for a manager, and that’s when things somehow got even worse.
The manager was extremely rude and claimed he didn’t even have any log of my order — which was obviously false, because two different employees had already mentioned my name and order details. When I asked how he could cancel an order he supposedly couldn’t see, he became even ruder. And magically, minutes after I hung up, the order was canceled. Clearly, he did have access the whole time.
The truth is they never made the pizzas and kept turning away my Uber Eats drivers because they were so backed up. Instead of being honest, they kept giving incorrect information and wasting everyone’s time.
Absolutely unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this location again and I strongly caution anyone using Uber Eats or pickup — this store is completely disorganized and the customer service is shockingly bad.

This place will tell you that your order can be ready in five minutes when in reality it will take 20+ minutes. Very rude staff. If you place an order online, they will put it to the very back of your orders and make your delivery person. Wait an extra amount of time. Never order from this place through DoorDash. In fact, you’re probably better off at some other pizza joint than ordering from this place because the pizza is mostly uncooked when it comes out anyway with lots of hairs in it

Ordered a half-cheese, half Hawaiian pizza from the app and drove over. Got home to discover the entire pizza was Hawaiian. I had also selected the extra crispy option, but it came out soft as a marshmallow.

😡😡I don’t really like putting a negative review but beware of the Papa John’s on Savoy Dr.! I placed an order and I even have an email confirmation of my amount. When my husband got there to pick up the order… They charged seven dollars more than I was told and on my receipt. The manager claimed they were charging me seven dollars to “double cut - skinny cut” a pizza. I have probably ordered 7,500 pizzas because I ordered 40 pizzas a month for my school club (21 years!) and never once did I get charged for double cutting a pizza. I even called Corporate and so far they will not give me my seven dollars back. I know it’s only seven dollars but it’s the point that when my husband got there… The order was more than I was told! I even called the manager (AG) and he said he was aware that he charged us more money and he refused to give me a credit. Check your amounts!!! 😡

Tried to place an order today and they told me only two people were scheduled to work and they could not accept my order. Then they put me on hold for over 30 minutes and never returned to the phone. We tried to go up to the restaurant and the doors were locked. Why would you not schedule more than two people on a holiday weekend?
