When my husband got there to pick up the orderā¦ They charged seven dollars more than I was told and on my receipt. The manager claimed they were charging me seven dollars to ādouble cut - skinny cutā a pizza. I have probably ordered 7,500 pizzas because I ordered 40 pizzas a month for my school club (21 years!) and never once did I get charged for double cutting a pizza. I even called Corporate and so far they will not give me my seven dollars back. I know itās only seven dollars but itās the point that when my husband got thereā¦ The order was more than I was told! I even called the manager (AG) and he said he was aware that he charged us more money and he refused to give me a credit. Check your amounts!!! ļ漚”

Tried to place an order today and they told me only two people were scheduled to work and they could not accept my order. Then they put me on hold for over 30 minutes and never returned to the phone. We tried to go up to the restaurant and the doors were locked. Why would you not schedule more than two people on a holiday weekend?

Shout out to the girl answering the phone tonight. I was kind of pissed off because I didnāt get an extra pepperchini or garlic sauce. She apologized refunded a fair amount and then told me that she was gonna go talk to whoever was supervising the oven to make sure they pay attention to the finishing touches. Made a really cranky call into something much better because I had faith that she was going to do something to fix it. Donāt know if she is actually going to fix it, but I appreciate the sentiment.

If I could give this place a zero I would I have a nephew with special needs so I order a head be fire moving about I get here and after ordering 20mins ago my pizzas were ālostā as I was told by the manager she continued to argue with me going back in forth after this was explained then took 20 mins to place a pizza in the oven I will never come back here with this poor classless extremely unprofessional service Dejah was her name

The worst customer experience ever at a PaPa Johnās. I came into the store and waited without being greeted. One of the black shirt girls was ordering around a younger boy who was putting away pizza boxes and telling him to do everything else but asking to see what I needed. I already placed an order in advance and just needed my pizza and go. I made a comment about if someone will help me and another girl in a black shirt was extremely rude subliminally that the girl who works the front can take as long as she needs to before coming to assist me. I can already read the reviews and I would rather drive further away then deal with ignorant people at this location!!!

After the last event with this papa johns, i thought i would give them a chance and they completely failed yet again. This time the pizza arrives in a decent time but the side ordered was not with it. Get inside open the pizza up and def not my pizza. Ordered a xl with hamburger, i get one with just about everything on it. Also, the name on the box was jonathan with a different number etc. Called the savoy location and told then i received the wrong pizza, the lady manager said she would look and put me on hold.... 15 mins later i hung up and called back. Was put on hold for another 5 mins, then i hung up and called back a few more times and was put on hold each time. Finally a young man picked up and asked me if i was jason and then said they cant help me bc they are busy..... i hung up and called corp. The corp female CS agent was nice and friendly and said they would have area management call sometime in the next 48. As soon as the paypal payment goes from pending to approved, i will file dispute on the payment. This unit has gone downhill in the last year or two and will no longer placing orders with papa johns. Ended up ordering a pizza from Marcos at Georgetown plaze and its very tasty. If you want good delievery pizza in the chamblee, doraville north brookhaven and dunwoody area, Marcos cant be beat. Just wish they had drinks.! Ive included a picture of the name on the box, which is def not me. Blurred out his last 4 of course...
