The manager with the blue hair did not want to assist me or help he kept going to the back to avoid me I placed an order online arrived not only did they give me the wrong order twice ! Afterwards I was so overwhelmed I forgot I paid for my food and didn’t get a refund when I came back (20 min drive ) they knew exactly why I was there all of them was avoiding me and when I asked for my money they didn’t even pull it out the register the freaking worker pulled it out of his back pocket THEY POCKETED MY MONEY ON TOP OF THAT DIDNT APOLOGIZE LITERALLY AFTER Messing my order up 3 times me waiting over a hour they didn’t help assist and they stole from me lol STAY AWAY FROM HERE THEY CARE MORE ABOUT THEY KOOL AID DYED DREADS THEN THEY JOB

I come to this location because the location Im closet too is disgusting,came today and the food was HORRIBLE. Pizza was dry and cold and old! I haven't ate here in about maybe a month or two but when I came before my food was perfect every time!!! hot and fresh.Im not sure if they changed staff or maybe because its a Sunday and a different staff was there but I won't be eating Pizza Hut again it was a waste of money The customer service was good but that was all

Ordered pizza while in office online and online stated that order would be ready in 19 minutes. Got to the Pizza Hut location in 17 minutes and was told my the manager Carlos that my order had not been worked on and it would be a while due to the order before mine had 6 pizzas. Carlos stated that the system doesn’t know their work load at that location. I was on my lunch break and this bad excuse of a delay.

NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN
Ordered a pizza at 11:30am in a Thursday for the shop, and I get an alert saying it's ready at 11:57. I show up at 12 because I'm 2 minutes away, and the pizza is actually not ready.
I sit there for 45 minutes! And they still can't get the pizza out because the manger is also the cook or something and he told I'm gonna have to wait.
I get it being busy or if you don't have employees, but why tell me my pizza is ready and then have me wait???
Terrible terrible. I had to leave and probably won't go back to pick up the pizza.

They constantly turn the mobile ordering and uber eats off. It’s quite annoying. It’s never been packed when I went in either.

I have ordered from this location numerous times and have been extremely disappointed every time. The delivery always takes 30 minutes past the longest estimated time. I asked for a well done pizza, it's soggy and underbaked. I'm going to drive to the Buford hwy location from now on. Much much better.

I just ordered a big box and when I got it from the door dasher parked on the road. She slipped with the pizza in her hands. Then she handed me the pizza and the box looked like it was ripped opened and then taped shut. I asked why the box was opened and she ignored me and went to her car. But then I went to put it down inside, the boneless wings were opened and the pizza was almost squished together. She did lose her balance with it, A bit. But honestly not enough to cause this or a hole in the boneless wings. And the driver was weird. This was a very strange delivery and I called the store and whoever answered was rude and did not help me.

I called in for delivery and had to get transferred to the manager because employees sound like they do not want to be there or are capable of taking an order. I got transferred to the manager and the manager sounded the same. For one minute i thought i was ordering from KFC.

Pizza hut has always been one of the best in serving customers but this time I'm upset because the driver robbed us. I had to pay $40.90 and he said it was $49.90. I gave him $3 as a tip and he still charged more. The truth is, I'm very sad because the same Spanish people steal from each other instead of helping

Made an order but they told me it’s should’ve been cancelled because their systems stops taking orders at certain point . Well it wasn’t cancelled on Uber side . Tried to cancel on the app but it wasn’t qualified had to call a number and explain to get my refund . They certainly had it marked on Uber side that the order was live and my card was charged . Glad didn’t take the persons word for it . Very convenient for that to happen . I guess times are really hard out there

I ordered a meat lovers pizza and paid extra for chicken sausage and fire roasted peppers. Luckily before I drove away I checked and the pizza 1st looked HORRIBLE and 2nd only had 2 types of meat. I bring the pizza back in and the emotionless rep said we are out of a lot of products. My bill for the extra toppings did not reduce!!!! I just got a refund. Trash pizza and service

This is the most horrible service I ever received. I ordered a vegiie pasta bowl with no cheese specifically because I am vegan with no olives I ended up getting exactly what I did not want. They did not provide a receipt and I open my food its so much cheese on my food I can't even pick it out I paid 28 dollars plus tipped and asked them to please remake this food and I was hung up on. This was my second time having to have them remake my food this is horrible and rude services.
