Their customer service is top tier they have a an employee named kira who’s so sweet and she does her job so well and makes the best açaí bowls she really puts time in making the bowls great and the store is overall such a nice place . 10/10 bowls and that employee definitely should get a raise

I love this place, but the customer service is always terrible. Yesterday, September 16th at 6:30 PM, I went to buy a bowl. The place was empty, and there were three girls who preferred to keep chatting rather than take my order. After waiting for 20 minutes, I had to ask them if they were going to give me my order or not. It’s really sad that such an amazing business has such mediocre employees.

I usually enjoy the music and atmosphere but yesterday i was a little uncomfortable, the music /playlist was quite loud & had a lot of cussing and derogatory content, very explicit lyrics, especially for this to be an establishment where families come. I think it should be something to take into consideration going forward. Please and thank you.
