I want to give Karol a big THANK YOU for her awesome customer support, care and service! I had a package of popcorn that got lost in the mail. Due to that, my package would not have made it in time for my party. Karol was able to personally deliver me another one to ensure that I received my popcorn for a party that was the very next day. Which relieved me of so much stress and frustration that I had since this popcorn was my main snack attraction.
