We recently moved to Atlanta and were extremely disappointed in the coffee options near us. That disappointment faded recently when Sidecar opened. Their coffee is AMAZING and well worth the minor detour on my way to work. It’s also a great option if you’re looking for a place to hang out for a bit and get some work done.

The coffee here is A++. They serve fresh Alons pastries and you can get a few different house made breakfasts. I had the Turkish breakfast bowl and it was fantastic-- it was filling but light and super healthy.

This hidden gem cafe is located just across Chamblee City Hall and it doesn’t disappoint! The prices are really good. I got 2 matcha lattes with oat milk ($1 up charge) and the total make out to around $12 (tax included) The matcha tasted really good and I could really taste the matcha and wasn’t watered down. Probably the best matcha I’ve tasted around here. The size of the cups were very generous and is really worth it! I’ll probably go back again as a great study location. They have a cute sitting area outside and the vibes are relaly nice. The staff is really nice as well and very helpful. 10/10

I help organize a monthly running group and we had about 20 folks come to Sidecar this past Saturday morning. There was plenty of parking in the area. We were able to sit outside, with lots of space, for over an hour. Coffee and pastries were excellent. There were breakfasty items available from the coffee shop, but there was also a barbecue food stall within the same complex where we were able to order. Everybody was delightful and we had a wonderful time! We may be back!
The iced mocha was so delicious, love the big ice so it doesn’t water down the coffee. I love the outdoor space for working and studying
