This place needs an entire shakedown when it comes to Customer Service. The food is never…ever correct. Im either missing a taco, my drink, sauces, or the entire main food item- the list goes on and on. And they do not apologize. They are simply annoyed you’re coming back in and letting them know the order is incorrect. The pace this staff moves at..especially during lunch rush…wow. They don’t care, that’s all. The drink machine rarely has all the drink. Usually just Pepsi. No ice a lot of the time. The stations with napkins and sauces are disgusting. Also- they keep the front door locked. That is a HUGE Fire Code violation, and I hope the Fire Marshal doesn’t crave a chalupa one day. That’s all I’m saying.

Probably my last visit to this Taco Bell location always order a Beefy five layer burrito And for some reason, there’s never any beef in it. Like out of all the ingredients you’re going to miss how you gonna miss beef? Like I work in the restaurant business I get it mistakes happen but for the same mistake to consistently happen I know exactly what it boils down to. It’s lazy employees not wanting to get any more beef so they’ll just wrap it up with beans, cheese, and sour cream and call it a day… ownership needs to do better

Taco bell quality has gone way down the drain since its heyday. It used to be my go-to late night spot for munchies. The service and quality is so bad now. I dont think I will be eating at any locations in my area. They are all horrible. The last time I came to taco bell to dine in i was the only one in the restaurant and they served online orders and 2-3 drive thru customers before I even got my food. You can get actual tacos for cheaper and better in the city of Atlanta. This company is worth billions but they don't pay their employees fair wages. Their soda machine doesn't even have soda(besides baja blast). They advertise a new Mountain Dew flavor and the restaurant doesn't even have it. I'm not eating here anymore for the foreseeable future. Skip this place. Treat yourself better.

I wish i could tell you how my food was it but i never got to order it. I waited 45 minutes in the lobby with 2 other people the drive through had no cars in it, the employes never came to the front to take orders or bring anyone food. I wish i could tell you an employees name that should be fired but i cant because after 45 minutes of waiting to see one i just decided to leave. NEVER EVER COME HERE THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!! I literally dont even want to eat any Taco Bell again because of this place you lost a customer for life Taco Bell. GOOD RIDDANCE

I placedcan APP order. I decided to go in because the drive thru was backed up. It took about 5 minutes before someone came to the counter. I gave her my name. She told one of the prepers. After asking 3 more times and 30 minutes. I got my food. I have gone there several times in the drive thru with out a problem. It will be a long time before I visit this location again.

This is the worst taco Bell in the whole city. I was waiting almost two hours for my order to be delivered. They claimed it was too big an order.
Now I understand why all the time it is empty. No one wants to waste so much time, other tacobell locations are fast.

I’ve tried to be positive about this location due to one worker being extremely friendly and polite but this location is extremely bad. I cannot eat beef so I get beans, this location has messed up my order multiple times, which is usually no issue. Tonight, my order was messed up and the manager refused to fix it, saying quote “we not fixing it bruh” which is incredibly unprofessional and rude when we were nothing but polite when asking for them to remake it with beans instead. I’m very disappointed with the service received at this location. Do not order here if you want to receive any sort of customer service or the correct order.
