Waited over 20 minutes for 4 tacos. Watched 4 crew members shuffle around and do nothing. The manager made nothing but excuses while blaming every other employee but herself. The buck stops with you, honey! Inadequate job performance and Inadequate customer service!!!

One of the worst taco Hells that I’ve ever been to. I watched an employee drop a Taco take the inside of the taco and put it in another taco and bag it up. Do you know that people were standing in line for 20 minutes and they just looked at the people like they were dumb and asked what do you want. The service here is nonexistent as they only take care of drive-through and tell everybody inside that you’re gonna have to wait. It’s so bad that a few customers, including myself have put in a report to the local health department for a formal inspection. If upper management is reading this, please be aware we are looking to shut down this Taco Bell until you guys rectify your issues.

They have to have the most incompetent people working Sunday nights. My wife and I like to get Taco Bell every Sunday for a guilty pleasure. It has been 2 months straight that they have forgotten something on our DoorDash order. Whole meals at time too. Every now and then, fine. But 6 orders in a row is absurd and before you think, oh maybe they were out of said item. Nope, I turn around and order the missing items and voila they show up.

This restaurant is terrible. I've complained to management and corporate about the store multiple times and nothing seems to get done. Every time I go to the store to order food it takes a minimum of 30 minutes for them to make food. The last time I went there it took them an hour and 45 minutes to get my order. And then the manager was very rude.

Secondly the food quality is terrible as well they can't get the orders correct and when they do the food does not taste fresh at all.

Stay far away from this restaurant it is horrible in every aspect. I hope it closes down!!

I’ve currently been in the drive thru line for more than 20 minutes and still haven’t received my order. I ordered my food and paid online so I’m stuck with this poor service. My order was prepared when I got to the window but I now see that it’s incorrect and there is no sauce. Truly disappointed as I’m on my lunch break and don’t have time to go back
