We went here for the first time while in Atlanta for a doctors appointment and it was by far the best experience. They were very child friendly and the food was amazing. The waitress actually engaged conversation with my kids (ages 1-2). Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.

I don’t go there often—maybe once a year—but every time I’ve been, the service has been terrible. Today I went to pick up an order and wasn’t even greeted. The person at the door was eating and didn’t acknowledge me at all. When I got to the counter, no one was there to help, and when I asked a staff member, he was extremely rude. The management clearly doesn’t care, and the whole place feels poorly run. Honestly, I’m not sure how they’re still in business other than people coming for the food. The service is awful, and some of the staff have no manners. I’d strongly recommend spending your money somewhere else where at least you’ll be treated with respect and your business will be appreciated.

I ordered a meatball sub and the pasta fagoli. The bread was perfect and I’m not a big bread fan. Excellent choice! It’s tasty and withstands the abuse from the sauce. The sauce was fine. Nothing spectacular , but good enough. The meatballs had an odd burn type taste to them. I wouldn’t order this again. The soup was pretty bland. I wouldn’t get that again either.
The service was quick and friendly. It didn’t take long for the food to arrive. The facility was nice and clean. It has its own ambiance.

I have eaten at this restaurant my whole life, there was one on Peachtree near where I grew up. It is by far the best cheese steak sandwich I've had but more importantly it is the most consistent restaurant in Atlanta. I've been to 4 different locations but now there's only one 😔. If you've never tried it definitely make the effort. It never disappoints and that's hard to come by in this world.
