I do not like to write bad reviews but our experience unfortunately was not good the other night. We've visited here many times & never had a problem. In fact, that is why we chose it this particular day since we love the food. I made a reservation ahead of time for a large party for 6pm. We had a really important special meeting to go to for 8:30 and thought this would give us enough time. It had in the past. Well, we were seated promptly and our orders were taken quickly around 6:15 or so. After that, all went down hill. Although our server was really nice, the food took forever. Here it is 7:30 and I had to ask Him for an update on our food. He then said the food hadn't even been started yet. I told him we had to leave for about 8:15 the latest. He then said he would try to rush the kitchen. The food finally came out at 8pm. So we waited almost 2 hours for food and to make it worse the quality wasn't as good. By then we were starving & didn't have the time to complain. We just ate what we could and left. Really disappointed, especially since there's really no excuse to have to wait 2 hours for food with no apology. I hope things get better. Not sure if we will return.
