This is probably the worst dining experience I have ever had. 1,No smiling waiters.2. Changed tables 3 times。 3. After the self ordering system went wrong, the staff came out without confirmation or inquiry and told us directly that we had to pay for two orders and asked us to pack them on the grounds that the kitchen had already cooked the meal.4,The food was also mediocre and the meal was not particularly good.

Delicious and authentic Thai fresh food and drinks. We traveled over an hour and were so pleased!

This was one of the WORST places out there. Was fooled by the rating and reviews.food was absolute trash. Was told to order by scanning the QR and thought i had already paid by putting all my info in but was told it declined when i had enough balance. However, they got my name at the front and was charged 15% tip when they literally did nothing. didn't even hand over the bill untill i paid and was charged around $90 for 1 appetizer and 2 entrees. Would never EVER go back this was my first and last.

I love Tum pok pok!
I have never been to Thailand so I can’t tell if it’s authentic but it sure does taste good.
I love coming here and wish it was closer to Duluth. I’ve never had a bad dish- we love the papaya salad, Tom yum soup, pad kra pow, green curry, pad see ew…. Everything hits and tastes good. I highly recommend.

food is not bad, but very bad customer service, but they charge service tip automatically! No server helping u order food, they ask u scanning QR code to order, and pay. For me it look like self service, but why charge service fee?

Great Thai spot with a handful of authentic options available which we haven't seen anywhere in the US outside the west coast.

The inside atmosphere of the restaurant wasn’t that pleasant, so we seated ourselves outside but the food was really good.

Mediocre. I get that people fall in love this place because of nice decor. But the food itself was very average. Tom Yum soup was on sweeter side (def cater to western taste). Drunken noodle was way too wet and that’s just wrong. Portion was a bit smaller than many other Thai places yet price is on par. Service was non existent because they ask us to use website to order food and pay (but they were happy to have a waitress to take order from the other table - why?). And it automatically add 15% tip to the bill (we have two people). I won’t come back.
