Outstanding dinner in there tonight with my 3 year old. One of the best pork chop dinners we have had.

Been eating at Waffle House my entire life (and I'm old). Visited dozens of locations in many states. This is the best one ever. Staff is awesome and food is consistently great.

My daughter and mom visited for a breakfast date, and while the food was as great as always, they had an unfortunate service experience. Their server (she didn’t give a receipt so I could note her name but she is Indian) seemed noticeably friendlier with other tables (white customers), which made them feel a bit dismissed. Service was poor enough that my mom chose not to leave a tip, and the server confronted her about it, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. My mom ended up leaving a $5 tip after being confronted.

We’ve never had this issue at this location before, and they still enjoyed the food—hopefully this was just an isolated incident and management can address it.

They do awesome here! People care about you coming in. The staff here is friendly and will get you taken care of. Calvin and Stacy were the best!

I think his name is Hine? The cook in the black talked over people’s food the WHOLE time he was cooking. Not sanitary at ALL.

Waffle house, more like awful house. After waiting to be catered for an hour in the cold, I didn’t even get the waffle I paid for. Why have waffle in your name if you don’t give people waffles when they pay for them. Avoid at all costs. 0/10

Very attentive, great service. Oscar and Anna were right on truly define what a great employee is! The Chef was also the coolest guy ever! (Didn’t get his name on the way out unfortunately) Food was amazing as always and the place was very clean. An all around just a great atmosphere no matter what time! 100/10

I’m a very disappointed customer today. I’ve been eating at Waffle House for over 30 years, and I’ve never experienced service like this. I came in with a great attitude, just wanting a quick to-go sandwich I’d been craving all day.

My server, Autumn, treated me lower than dirt. I even tipped $2 on a small to-go order and told her kindly to smile — trying to spread a little positivity. Instead, she snapped at me, accused me of “worrying about tipping,” and spoke to me in such a rude and embarrassing way that I ended up canceling my order altogether.

As someone old enough to be her parent, I was shocked by her attitude. This is not the Waffle House hospitality I’ve come to know and love over the years. If this is the kind of service customers have to expect now, I won’t be coming back.

Do better with hiring and training, please.

Classic Waffle House experience - it’s greasy, oily comfort food that hits the spot whether it’s 2 AM or 2 PM. WaHo is the staple of the South and an absolute must-visit for anyone wanting authentic Southern diner culture. Fun fact: FEMA actually uses the “Waffle House Index” to measure disaster severity - if Waffle House is closed, you know things are really bad… Anyhow, fantastic food and great service here.

Omg Waffle House #786 let just say it’s BOMB!!!! I met Oscar my server polite and professional. Peyton the cook. He can throw down, everything was cooked to perfection and last but definitely not least Anna the manager came from the back just to greet me. I love this WH. What an amazing experience!!!!
