Kiera and her staff took care of me when I came from out of town. I sat inside and She especially made sure my order was delivered and timely. They were so busy but still made time to make me and my girlfriend feel at home. I’ll be back!

I gave 3 stars because my food was correct and service was slightly fast. However this is the first wendys I've come to that didnt allow a frosty to be subbed for a drink in the biggie bag. All other wendys do it for me all the time and either use that super small cup or charge the difference. I didn't want a drink so I went without one but of course the price didn't change but I was also charge additional money for a barbaque sauce. I feel like the lack of drink couldve covered the additional sauce. Its not often i leave a review for a fast food restaurant but I dislike when a franchise location choses to do something different from all their other locations. Also they could save money if they didn't give me a double fry holder.
In all things the food is cold at all Wendy's locations, what happened to always fresh and never frozen?

A month ago, I handed my physical credit card to a woman who was working the night shift and she held on to it for longer than a few minutes for a quick order which is really odd at a fast food place. Didn't think much of it at the time.
Soon after, I got a series of fraudulent charges. I closed the card and got a new one issued.
Went back to this same Wendy's a month later, and same experience of a long payment process with my physical card. And soon after, got another series of fraudulent charges.
This was the only common vendor on both credit statements where an unusual payment event occurred.
If you are the manager/owner of this store or corporate, please look into this.

Kiera and Jordan were fantastic! The facility was spotless, super clean and well taken care of, which made the whole experience even better. My order was ready fast and without any hassle. They had everything prepared and handled things with great energy and professionalism. Really appreciated how smooth and easy they made everything — I’ll definitely be back!

The last time I reviewed this location, I noted health code violations and inaccurate drive- through. All of this has been addressed, so time to update my review.
As a master of fact, I believe that the accuracy of orders is extremely high, and I do not feel the need to double check! Did quality is high, but the real standout is the stellar service! I'm sure that the manager, Nicole, is in no small way responsible. Thank you!

I swear I have never had this experience with fast food like I did today. The other location near my work is closed and I always forget they are over here. The other one, hated going g there but it was across the street so it was easy, but the food was always made wrong or cold or just someone else's order. Well here I ordered my food, no tomatoes. Pulled up, paid, pulled up to the next window and the lady had my food there and ready for me. Burger and fries were hot, and made correctly. Took me maybe 2 min in the drive thru.

I ordered a salad , HOLD the Blue Cheese crumbles since I am allergic to Blue Cheese, it was on the receipt. I get home and there is Blue Cheese all over the salad so I go back wanting a refund. I had to ask for the manager 3 times before she appeared trying to remake the salad not giving me a refund. She finally did give me a refund. I have never thought highly of this Windy's but this sealed my not coming back.

Went in and the power went out for a few seconds. They said they can't take orders or make anything until the payment system is back. I said I'd be happy to wait the 5-10 minutes it would take for the internet to come back (should be muuuch less) but they said oh no, it's probably going to be much longer than than.
I'm not sure why the power cutting off for a minute would knock down everything for such a long time. I even tried paying exact cash for a frosty and they said oh, we don't know how to do that. Like here is the exact cash, tax and all, just make a frosty and charge it later. Or give it for free for the inconvenience jeez

2nd day saying their systems are down. If it takes this long to get your system back up then something is wrong
