started my morning grumpy but when i pulled up the man on the mic was patient, knowledgeable and professional. true light in my overcast day. come to find out he’s the manager and runs a tight shift. coffee was good too. thanks mr. johnathan!

I was trying to order a Wendy's combo and the person that was talking about my order over the drive thru was very rude and nasty. I was trying to tell her that it was poor quality and she was going in and out and she just wasn't listening.

And when I got to the window she was talking to a person and had me waiting until she was done.

I told myself this is a test and let's not have words. Because all have to learn to pick our battles and she wasn't it today.

I will just go to another place to eat because I refuse to be treated like that when I have choices where I can go to spend my money

If you’re in the mood for a cold burger and a side of rudeness, look no further than this Wendy’s! After waiting a solid six minutes behind a car that mysteriously vanished without ordering, I pulled up and kindly said “hello” twice—because apparently one wasn’t enough. The response? A woman’s voice “Ma’am, give a minute, you just pulled damn.” Charming, right? Mind you its 4 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Turns out, this wasn’t just an employee with a bad attitude. Nope, it was the manager! When I tried to get her name so I could give corporate a well-deserved earful, she refused and simply walked away. The audacity! If upper management is scratching their heads wondering why this place is always hiring and why the lines aren’t out the door, let me spell it out: your “management” is the problem. I used to frequent this Wendy’s twice a week, but after today’s episode and years of cold food and nastiness, I’m done. Keep your cold burgers and colder attitudes—I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered in the app late at night. The burger patties tasted like they were cooked at 10 am instead of fresh to order. I remember when you could get a hot n juicy sandwich needing all those extra napkins as advertised. But now Wendy's and others all have gone to cooking everything at 10 am, then keeping it a warm thats makes them dry out taste horrible. Hard like a hockey puck. This is why five guys and similar places are surpassing Wendy's taking more of the market share.

I went to this location last night at 9:30 and the doors were locked. When I called to get let in so I could order the manager on duty had such a bad attitude. When I told her the doors were locked and need to get in she said “if you need help just say that then” and she hung up in my face. When I went in to order she had the WORST attitude. There were only 2 cars in line and it was 9:30. No need for all that! I just need for yall to not lock the doors before 10pm it’s ridiculous!

By far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to or DoorDashed from. It’s a No for me ! So I’ve had a burger in 3 years and thought I would order my old Wendy’s favorite and they screwed that up. Bun was hard as a rock sandwich was sloppy like horrible! I’m definitely never ordering or going there again.

I was cheated out of $2.10, in cash. The steak fries were old, dried, and tiny. I asked for no bacon on my number 9 but they put bacon on my sandwich meal. I drove back to get my correct change and to have my meal fixed. All they did was take off the bacon add some steak fries and give me the correct change. The food was nasty and the service was terrible. It's a good thing that I wasn't in a hurry. I won't be going back to that place.
