Worst service I’ve ever experienced from a fast food restaurant. Food is meh. I don’t know why I keep returning thinking it will ever get better.

I swear I have never had this experience with fast food like I did today. The other location near my work is closed and I always forget they are over here. The other one, hated going g there but it was across the street so it was easy, but the food was always made wrong or cold or just someone else's order. Well here I ordered my food, no tomatoes. Pulled up, paid, pulled up to the next window and the lady had my food there and ready for me. Burger and fries were hot, and made correctly. Took me maybe 2 min in the drive thru.

I ordered a salad , HOLD the Blue Cheese crumbles since I am allergic to Blue Cheese, it was on the receipt. I get home and there is Blue Cheese all over the salad so I go back wanting a refund. I had to ask for the manager 3 times before she appeared trying to remake the salad not giving me a refund. She finally did give me a refund. I have never thought highly of this Windy's but this sealed my not coming back.

Went in and the power went out for a few seconds. They said they can't take orders or make anything until the payment system is back. I said I'd be happy to wait the 5-10 minutes it would take for the internet to come back (should be muuuch less) but they said oh no, it's probably going to be much longer than than.
I'm not sure why the power cutting off for a minute would knock down everything for such a long time. I even tried paying exact cash for a frosty and they said oh, we don't know how to do that. Like here is the exact cash, tax and all, just make a frosty and charge it later. Or give it for free for the inconvenience jeez

Place closed at twelve but they don’t serve food past 11:15. They don’t answer you in the drive thru. Employees should be fired. Why pay them if they don’t work

The food was cold and the service was trash the cashier was more spicy then the nuggets and took so long to get my food and the cashier was to busy trying to give another coworker a discount instead of taking care of customers and getting my food for my order to busy joking and playing around with coworker and charged me for sauce I was expecting to get for free to make the customer happy for waiting so long and for being disrespected

This place don’t deserve any stars. I just left the Wendy’s store and writing this review. I got a biggie bag and I got coke for a drink. Then I decided to switch my drink for another drink that’s on the tap not a speciality and they wouldn’t change my drink. They said I have to pay for it for them to switch a drink. Usually you can refill your own cup with any soda yourself but they had the machine behind counter. Hope manager or someone important enough see this. My receipt # is 272771781451

People who work at this location should all lose their job for being so lazy to make a regular refill
