We ordered a biggie bag JBC in the drive-thru for my 8-year-old. After we drove off and headed home, my son commented that the fries were like warm and the JBC bun was very hard. He ate a nugget and they had given us spicy nuggets.Not very happy… tried calling the store and the number was not working.

I'll start out by saying that I have had a few decent experiences at this Wendy's but if there is more than three vehicles in drive thru I usually pass by because they take too long most times I'm in drive thru where there are three or more vehicles.The customer service isn't that good when younger people are taking your order or greeting you that's if you are greeted. I've had some positive experiences with some managers there where I've felt that my order was taken properly and the food was not cool in temperature.

Not only did the first dasher steal our food, Wendy’s “made a new order” but sent cold burgers and chicken nuggets after they said they remade the order. It took them almost an hour to make kids meals and a small burger with fries. I called up there and the person didn’t even say “bye” when I confirmed they were remaking the order; she hung up on me. Fast food!!! Winning ?? boycott them price hikes coming.

Don’t go here unless u order through app, their menu prices are inflated. Was passing by here because of freeway traffic decided to stop and get a five dollar jr. bacon biggie bag, I have the app but was pulling in when I decided to get something. They proceeded to tell me their five dollar jr. bacon biggie bag was a six dollar biggie bag which supposed to be five, but they were charging six dollars, I thought it sounded a little weird so I didn’t get anything I kept going. When I was able to stop and use my app, I put in that location and Walla, I can order the five dollar bigger bag on the app at that location but they won’t sell it to me at the drive-through for the 5 dollar price. Didn’t buy food so not sure how that is.

I went on Thursday 1/11/24 at 4pm and the two young ladies that were on the window giving the food were so disrespectful and rude. They would laugh at me any time i asked for something as if they were shocked that i was bothering them. When she asked me if the chocolate chip cookie was in my bag, i asked her if she would like to check? I said that so she wouldn't think i was lying if it wasn't. The other lady mocked me and laughed at me. They were both cursing mean while this is all happening. This was the most disgusting behavior i have ever encountered!

Just left, they not only messed up one of my orders and were super disrespectful when asked to fix it, the female manager specifically was super disrespectful. And the male that took our order was visibly high and not able to comprehend what we were saying when ordering apparently. Y’all gave us a chili cheese fry when asked for a baconator, and added jalapeños to them??? Don’t know if that was out of spite or what.

Had to wait over 30mins to get food, then when we did they were giving me wrong order. They found my order on side by which stage cold. Not once did they say sorry.GM sent me a pathetic excuse. Based on reading other reviews surprised Wendy's still allows this location to exist. Definitely won't be going there again when competitors all around

I went here on a break from work and was told to hold on at the cash register inside. No problem. But then they came back and told me to go through the drive-thru. I did. I ordered chili and was asked if I wanted cheese and onions. I said no, they put it on anyway. To top it off, the chili was cold to the touch like it came from the cooler. Don't waste your time dining here. This location's dining room is a time warp back to the 1980s. Eat elsewhere ?

It was late at night within half an hour of closing, but they still took our mobile order and I got my baked potato and I went home happy. And I was able to eat my chili and cheese baked potato in the comfort of my own home with my adorable cat, laying on my lap.
