Rude as hell. Cashier kept my card after they ran it, which was no problem. But when I asked for it back after I got my food & drink & was ready to leave, I get told in a snarky ass tone “here, I don’t forget about your card.” If you are not happy where you work, go somewhere else.
I have never come to this location & ever seen a single smile on anyone’s face. No good morning. No hello. Nothing. No sense of urgency either.
Fix your restaurant. Nobody I know wants to come here bc yall are rude.
I will go to the Wendy’s around the corner from now on. Thanks

This location is the absolute worst. 70$ order and more than half was missing (bag was completly sealed). Drinks missing. They took so long on my order two drivers canceled my pick up. And the food we did receive the mayonnaise on the Spicey chicken sandwich was disgustingly falling everywhere. They drowned it completely in it. Called multiple times and they never answered. Can imagine the level of service you’d receive in person if it’s like this off just delivery.

Doors locked and establishment not open at 11:55am in the afternoon on a Sunday despite hours showing they should be open. Dude is inside the building and refused to open the doors. It's not a holiday.
The operator of this location has no pride. The employees have no customer service. They will always ask you to pull forward and still the food does not taste fresh.

Ordered a Biggie Bag through the drive through. Asked for Ghost Pepper sauce. They asked me to pull forward to wait for the food. The server brought it out and left quickly. I noticed there was no sauce, got out of my car to run in to get the sauce, but the doors were locked. Knocked on the drive through window with no response. Finally decided to just leave. The fries were ice cold and inedible. The other food was barely warm and tasted terrible. This was by far my worst experience at any Wendy's.
