I absolutely hate the AI drive-thru but every time I go inside the manager is so unbelievably nice, I keep coming back

Sign on door reads dining room open until 10 pm. Got there at 9 pm.. doors are locked. (I had a long day and wanted to sit down and eat some food as I hadn't eaten in several hours).

Usually this place has great service and great food. Maybe they are just getting lax at night.

Terrible customer service!! The cashier gave me incorrect changed and began to argue with me that I gave her less money! All staff members are very unprofessional. I was told to pull up for my change so the draw can be counted down. It took 20 mins and for me to come inside to get my correct change all while receiving inappropriate language from crew members.

They’re using AI to take orders in the drive-thru! A very cool concept, but it takes away the human element. The food was very fresh. The customer service was lacking.

Went thru drive lady in drive not pleasant. We got home to eat and long hair wrapped around lettuce in my apple pecan salad. When I called to let them know it took forever for someone to answer the phone and she stated not sure how a hair could end up in my sandwich, when I ordered an Apple pecan SALAD. Not driving back 15 minutes to get another salad or refund

We went through the drive-thru. The experience was very interesting. It was a robotic voice taking our order and was able to respond correctly to our questions, although they were really simple.

I can't read without my glasses, so this was a really cool accessibility feature. Huge win for me. The staff were really personable and kind. The food was more amazing than any other Wendy's location I've ever been to. Shout out to the workers here!!!

Didn't cut up the onions for my chili...really? I was the only one there and mobile ordered. Only ordered 5 minutes ahead of time yet the chili was below room temp and fries were cold and dried out
