If you’re curious what $10 will get you at this Wendy’s - it’s disappointment. Sandwich could have been worse I guess. The order was correct but temperature and the sandwich just looks sad. I really want to have a good experience at a Wendy’s in Atlanta but I haven’t found one yet.

My fiancé and I both were craving Wendy’s something terrible, but we had a bad experience recently at a different location so we made sure to check the reviews of the locations in our area. This store had the highest rating and when we came in, we understood why. The food was absolutely delicious and hot and the entire place was sparkling clean. The manager, Aaron was extremely kind to us and even came up to us to ask us how our food was and thanked us for coming to his store. I usually don’t go out of my way to write reviews but this man really brightened our day and made me smile with his kindness.

I expressed my preference for French fries with light salt. However, the fries I received appeared to have been sitting for an extended period, as they were cold. Upon requesting a fresh batch, I was provided with a new set, but upon inspection, the top layer was hot while the lower ones were still the old, cold fries. I found this lapse in service and quality to be disappointing. Hospitality encompasses not only how one is treated but also the standard of service received, including the quality of the food. The dismissive attitude of the staff member who claimed that the fries were freshly made was unprofessional. The serving of subpar food in any establishment, particularly in the fast-food sector, is unacceptable. It should reflect freshness, promptness, and quality, not resemble reheated leftovers from a kitchen.

This is one of the best locations. Everything from the drive-thru service to the quality and presentation of the food is excellent. The people working the drive thru are always very friendly. This location is consistent in delivering quality service.

I come here fairly often and everyone is always in a good mood and very professional, kind and attentive. Food is always correct and ready when I get there. Store is always clean. They've got a good team over there. They definitely deserve some raises, it's extremely rare these days to find fast food joints so well run.
