My vehicle ran hot near this place, so I pulled in the parking lot to call for help. While waiting, I went into this shop. I wanted ice tea. I explained to the male/female??I i had never been there before, but I do go tea shop in gwinnett (modern tea) often, and I explained what I normally get. He/she was very nice telling me what they had. He/she then got a cup, places 3 ice cubs in it open a refrigerator & pulled out plastic container & poured 2 in the cup. I'm like, what?. I tasted it & and asked for a little bit more of the lemonade, which was purple. $4... okayI felt i should have been offered a little cup to taste the tea, but wasn't. My daughter was with me & she didn't get anything. She said if they were going to give you tea like that, they should have had it in the back room where the customer couldn't see. Other shops make the tea fresh, NOT pull a pitcher out the refrigerator and mix them?. After leaving about 10 minutes later I look at the cup ? of tea & there is a very small fly in the tea! I WOULD HAVE RETURN, BUT A FRIEND PICKED ME UP SO I DIDN'T WANT TO ASK THEM. Gross, gross eeek!!! ? not cool. Fly in a drink?

Such a cute shop. The owner is super nice. Welcoming space. Outdoor dining/sipping. Cute finger foods. So many varieties to pick from. Today I had iced matcha, tea of the day, and a chicken salad sandwich. Would definitely recommend and will return.

Very rude woman (Michelle) took our order and cash for a scoop of chicken salad and crackers. 45 minutes later we still had not been served waiting outside in 90 degree weather and refused us a refund and would not serve our order until the shop was void of all customers. She waited on over 10 people who came in after us and was extremely passive aggressive in holding back on our request for a refund. NO ZEN here! We finally got a refund for the chicken salad but were not even comped the tea, tip or tax.
Find another tea spot. The owner also offered no restitution when notified. Michelle must be a family ember or close friend. The behavior was something I have NEVER encountered as a paying customer. Try the Ginger Room , Tea Time at the Cottage or Southern Roots Spice. You will be much better off.

I came back a second time with my mom today at 4:45PM (we drove from Alpharetta). She got a jasmine rose tea while I got a chai tea. I was deeply saddened since I love chai tea and this was not at all like it. It might have been since I came in 15 minutes before it closed, but it tasted like sweet watered down oat milk. Absolutely NO chai flavor! My mom said the same thing, and she is avide tea drinker like me. I informed the lady that helped me and asked if I could get another tea since my mom's was made correctly. She said NO, so I gave it to her to throw away. So if you come here please don't order chai!I got a lemon square which was pretty good so I'll give the food 4 stars and chai tea 0 stars.

This is a relaxing oasis from the rest of the world and it is by far, the most comprehensive selection of tea that I've seen in the Atlanta area.

When you walk in… it’s like a tea heaven, literally! Riley the “tea-rista” I’d call her, greeted me with a warm friendly smile and helped me navigate the tea charts and allowed me to smell the note variations. I loved the tea I chose and the service. Mary the owner then took time to even chat with me about a business idea that would incorporate tea! She’s truly authentic and inspiring. This place is a pure vibe and a haven for tea lovers. I truly enjoyed my experience and the team there.

This place was delightful & full of good vibes. The person working really knew her tea! We were impressed with the price & taste. We got a sampler of different teas which included flavors such as chocolate strawberry & blueberry. Delicious!! We each had a quiche as well. Spinach & broccoli cheese was available at the time. I wish there was space to sit inside when it gets cold. It was a little chilly outside but we still enjoyed our time there. Parking can be an issue. You can find spots on the side & front of the building. If the spots are taken, you may have to look around a bit more. There are other shops and food places nearby that may have parking options.

ZenTea has a huge selection of bagged teas and accessories for purchase, and you can order any of their teas to drink on their cute little covered patio. It's on a quiet stretch in downtown Chamblee and is a lovely place to sit and chat.

Zen tea is my go to for all my teas. I am a daily tea drinker and the Earl Grey de la crème is my favorite tea. Zen tea staff are so informative with all questions. It’s a great place to buy and have yummy tea. If you have been you are missing out.
