On early evening shift I was Handed a larger drink then was rudely demanded I hand back thru window just to make up their own mistake & give smaller size which is unsanitary for one & bad customer service. •• Although third shift with fewer employees & no matter how busy are always super friendly! They do an amazing job. Great customer service no matter how late or prob/issue.

Only suggestion I can give is make sure ur sauces are in the bag. Several times in a row they say the sauces are in the bag just to get home and have absolutely zero sauce pack in the bag. Outside of that, typical McDonalds IMO. ??♂️

I don't normally go to this particular store. They are rude and never get my order correct. This time I wasn't greeted as usual. I was charged for large even though I didn't ask for it. The food was cold as usual. They never give you 2 or more drinks on a tray. They will hand you 8 drinks and get mad when you ask for a tray. Overall I typically drive all the way to Dalton to get better food and service.
