Well for 2 times they have zapped my points, without me getting anything. They need to shape up and get the order right the first time. That way I can continue ordering here instead of Burger King. Because BK always gets it right.

I ordered the bacon, egg cheese on a bagel. It tastes like everything was allowed to cool off first so the sandwich itself wasn't very good. Hubby order sausage biscuit with cheese-no egg. He got no egg...and no cheese.

On early evening shift I was Handed a larger drink then was rudely demanded I hand back thru window just to make up their own mistake & give smaller size which is unsanitary for one & bad customer service. •• Although third shift with fewer employees & no matter how busy are always super friendly! They do an amazing job. Great customer service no matter how late or prob/issue.
