She doesn't have to eat gluten free like me but decided to try one...she said it was the best Pizza she had ever had and I must say mine was " out of this world" DELICIOUS! “Shared to Google The Chickamauga Pizza Hut is the best. Their service is always great, but with today being Memorial Day they were busier than normal. When we pulled up there was a line of cars at the window. I noticed someone pulling up behind me and they got out and walked in. I was thinking of asking my husband to go in when I noticed it was a Pizza Hut employee back from a delivery. I felt bad she couldn’t get to where they normally park and had to walk so far. To my surprise she walked in, and then quickly back out and began going up to cars asking for their names, and taking their payments and bringing orders out. We had to wait a little longer than normal but we did not mind. Everyone we saw inside was working so hard to get orders out quickly, but Cecily really impressed me with how she didn’t seem upset she had to walk further, and didn’t miss a beat coming out to help all of us that were waiting. Oh, and the pizza was so good. :0)“

“The food is always great and after a couple of visits the staff started to recognize us. They offer online ordering, too, so it's even easier for a lunch stop.

I started getting the cheese bread with toppings, and it is amazing!

Parking: If you can't park right by the restaurant there is parking above in another lot“

“First time here. Tried a grilled burrito and a cheese pizza to compare Mexican and Italian offerings. Both were first rate. Burrito ingredients fresh and tasty. Pizza rivaled the best I've had in Chattanooga. Nice portion size too. Highly recommend if you're not looking for fancy, but rather comfortable and yummy. :)“

Shame they limit people to 15 (regular order) wings on BOGO Thursday, would much prefer to get 60 (regular order 30) instead.
They'd get more money from alcohol sales if people stuck around to shove expensive chicken nuggets drenched in sauces longer.

.. oh, and don't bother with the $20 boneless AND fries combo. These fries are more tasteless than Steak And Shake fries and of similar cut.“

“We’ve had the same delivery person from the Ft Oglethorpe, Ga location for 20 plus yrs. Just found out tonight he has logged in more than 1.4 million miles since beginning his career in 2002 and estimates added $7 million dollars revenue to the company. I wish i knew his name. He’s always been considerate and polite. I feel Pizza Hut corporate should recognize an employee that been so dedicated & loyal over so many years. If there ever were an employee deserving of recognition he Is the person. “Came in for the first time since I was in town for work. A nice lady by the name Shaun helped me. Service was very good and the food was great. I ordered the 10 piece Honey BBQ wings and fry’s with a drink. It came out to a bit over $ 20.00 which I thought was a bit high for a combo meal but everything was tasty and good. The fruit punch was super good as well. I think the inside could use a good updating. Very old miss match tables and chairs. Everything dark and sad looking.“

“After the 3rd street location did not answer their phone after multiple times of us and doordash calling them, we decided to place an order with this location for the missing items. The store manager for this location called after we left a bad review through email that we thought would hit the other location. He talked with us and was very kind and understanding. He gave us customer of the day for our kindness and patience in the situation as well. We will we be calling corporate later to make sure that corporate moves the bad review from this store to the crappy location on 3rd street.“

“The customer service, speed, and food quality were all wonderful! We called in an order en route (5 minutes away) and paid when we got there. We were told it would be about 10 more minutes before it would be ready, so we opted to wait in the car. 9 minutes later, one of the employees brought the food to our car and wished us a wonderful evening. The pizza was amazing (we had our doubts as most places have gone downhill on quality over the years, but the food quality at this establishment still tastes as good as it did 30 years ago).“
