Food is way too over priced for the quality and service is absolutely horrible only seen her twice once to get our order and second to get us to pay. She reached over us with no warning or apology.

Just moved to the area and this has become one of our favorites go-tos!
Food is typical bar food... burgers, wings, sandwiches, etc... we enjoy thr wings and burgers.
Service is great. And we can't wait for it to warm up again to enjoy the large patio.

Great food! The staff is super friendly, they were the only place open for Christmas, five stars to the Dugout and being there for everyone, we had a wonderful experience.

So this is what you call wings with sauce on them? Yeh that looks like you sprayed some sauce over them and then once I got home the ranch sauce I ordered with them was non existent. Thanks guys y’all did a sucky ass job on this order!!! No carrots, no celery no nothing.

We were in town from Florida visiting the great state of Georgia when we found the city of Helen has a "Dugout bar and grill " . We were so excited because here in our city of Ocala we have a Dugout bar and grill , ( best wings in Florida ) in our opinion . The restaurant in Helen is nowhere close to the 5 star Dugout here in Ocala ... Google it . I ordered the 5 pepper wings which I think they were out of 4 and a half of the 5 because these had nooo flavor ! I ate 5 out of 12 and decided to take the other's to go ... they wound up in the trash . Very disappointed and won't try them again Ps... when visiting Georgia , don't tell folks there that you're from Florida lol , because they give you nasty wing's .

My husband and I love going to Dugout when we visit my parents in the mountains!! Georgia is our favorite waitress—she always goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Order the fried green beans (don’t knock it til you try it). Everything about this place is great—service, food, atmosphere.

Kid-friendliness: Our son is 7 months old and we always bring him with us when we go out to eat at Dugout. He loves it just as much as we do!!

We were recommended the restaurant as a stop for dinner today and it really surprised us. The food was really good. Mt wife had the chicken Philly and I’m a little jealous that I didn’t get it myself.
