Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings typically provides a great experience, but some visits can be inconsistent. Orders may be incomplete, such as missing bacon and cheese on the club, or have tough and tasteless chicken fingers. The grilled chicken can be rubbery and cold. The new fajita chicken quesidio might have very little chicken. The salads are good but small and the lettuce can look a little old. However, the crinkled cut fries are a highlight. The staff is great and very nice. Despite some issues, Zaxby's can still be a reliable option for a decent meal and is one of the only places that serves salads.
