I don't eat KFC but my heart goes out to those who do. When I picked up a delivery order (see attached pictures) this is what I saw. There is no reason the floors and tables should be nasty when its take-out and delivery service only.

This restaurant is the one I like best. I go to a lot of restaurants but to this restaurant I constantly return again and again. The stuff is very affectionate and the cuisine they serve is so fresh and tasty. I never decline to have a decent meal here. I recommend this place with pleasure.

This is an absolutely terrible KFC. You wait 30-40 minutes for a simple order. The staff is on their phones laughing while you’re waiting to order in line for 10 minutes. They are completely unprofessional and the absolute worst KFC. If you can, go to a different location.

The restroom is dirtier than ever. The whole place is untidy in general. The food tasted bad. I was getting Mountain dew from the softdrinks machine but water came out. They forgot to refill their stuff and everything. Took 15 minutes for my order even though there were only 2 customers. Most of the time staff were talking droptlets of saliva mixing on the food. I ordered dine in but they gave me to go my food was wrapped in plastic. They were not attentive. I was unsatisfied and regretted eating here.

Lobby was closed at 8pm. I was charged four a 4 piece chicken tender and large potato wedges. I got home 3 chicken tenders and box of wedges about 1/3 full. Worse KFC I've ever been to.

This raggedy behind location has given the whole idea of KFC a bad name. The experience at this location on East Ponce has turned into a nightmare to want to even think about ever going in there again. Trying to watch there bottom line they would rather find the most ratchet people to hire with low energy and no enthusiasm to help customers. I mean quick to tell you the price for whatever ( whether you ordered it or not ) in box and standing there waiting for your coin The service which is what restaurant are built for has gone down to a point you would rather eat grass then to go in this KFC. Will never visit this location again!!!!! Will probably be hearing about KFC filing for bankruptcy at this rate of service!!!!

If I could give them a Zero I WOULD , im so angry😠Worst KFC in DEKALB COUNTY, chicken is ALWAYS OLD NEVER FRESH, THIS IS THE 3RD TIME!!! I ordered a famous bowl & they tried to smother old stale popcorn chicken in gravy Like he DISGUSTING, I feel sorry for the owner, that staff between 2-5pm are LAZY AND NASTY, THEY HAVE NO PRIDE, I wouldn't dare feed a Human being this SAD ASL PLEASE DO BETTER!!!

Every time I come to this place the service is horrible. The girl that's always in the window at night has a nasty attitude. The place has no good management at all. Every night they claim to be closed so you can drive off. They always say they are out of food every night just so they don't have to cook anything. There is always people behind the counter that doesn't actually work there. It's always one of their friends behind the counter having a whole conversation with them. My food is always wrong and I never get condiments in my bag to even eat my food with. The chicken is cooked too long sometimes. Headquarters really need to come down and take a look at this store because the service sucks here. And they need help ASAP. This store should really close down. I am highly upset with this store

OMG! I'm still sitting here in disbelief. The sign outside says new management but I don't see the fruits of that. I have heard so many swear words from staff and watched leadership engage. I witnessed play fighting amongst staff. Some non employee was bended over the counter talking to the cashier. She was clearly a friend. To top it all off, it's dirty. This place lacks basic leadership and good management at the least.
