I come here often but last night I left here very annoyed. The drinks weren’t the best , the hookah tasted like a strong black and mild and the bartender got a $16 grad tip and her service was TRASH! She kept going to sit down she kept walking away instead of constantly checking on customers. My energy changed significantly by the end of the night. Need to do better at customer service. All 3 of the servers there were too into their phones they could care less bout our needs last night. Unfortunately I have to now find a new after hours music was so loud it made it even worse

I love them I first started going over years ago!! The bartender Asseya is so sweet and she is so in tune with her customers that’s she’s going to remember you order every time you come. The customer service is top tier definitely a 10/10.

I go to specifically see Asiyah. That’s my FAVORITE bartender, she know what I drink, what hookah i smoke and she’s always on point. Never have an attitude and always so sweet and friendly. I just because of her.💜💜

Yesterday I ordered salmon Alfredo with broccoli , they gave me the wrong order not only was it the wrong order it was veryyyy DRYYYY!! I called and said I will bring the food back with the receipt and I want a refund and they refused to give me my money back!! They are extremely unprofessional and money hungry DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Went on line and it said they were open. When I got there they were closed. And I had caught a train and a bus to get there. Spent money for nothing!!! Bad customer service!!!!

Not only does the security, not protect the consumers who spend money there. They will steal your money take advantage of you And from what I seen physically beat you up afterwards.

This establishment is not safe for the community or for anyone that goes in there. And make no mistake I will be contacting every agency there is. Because playing with people’s life and playing with people’s finances is unlawful. And you are not above the law. Absolutely despicable and horrible behavior.

No food til 10pm, limited bar, limited wine selection, the place was empty....I'll try again and see what its like at night. I miss when it was Ajays Kitchen.
