The manager to my opinion was not professional at all!! Someone else was making my sandwich she jumped in our conversation talking about how I said something to the worker I will not be going back!!! And I work on Brockett lol ? I guess she thought that I cared that she threw the sandwich away 3/3/24 at 3:50pm she really needs to be fired!!!!

This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I am so disappointed in the service at this restaurant. I made an online order and the employee refused to put all the ingredients on my sandwich. I showed her proof of what I ordered on the receipt and she kept saying that is not what is on that sandwich. I already paid for my sandwich online. I decided to let her know that she can go ahead and make it and then she proceeded to make 3 other customers orders before she made mine even though I was there without them. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me.

We ordered online yesterday veggie delite with multigrain tosted bread. it was not multigrain bread & not tosted even, We realise it when we reach home & open it.
Absolutely best subway around...food is delicious, they get the order right every time and if not they do whatever they can to make it right. Thank you Fatima for going over and beyond for me... you rock
