We have enjoyed each time going to Fortify PI. Pizza is unique and delicious, the wings are excellent and the wine selection, though small, is well thought out. And the draft list is a great blend. The attention to detail on the pizzas on our recent visit wasn’t as good as our other times there, but that’s just picking nits. Overall, this is an ideal stop in Clayton and should be experienced if you are in the area at all.

First time here. Ordered Logans Pl pizza. Very good except lacking toppings and cheese. For the price of a large, it was more crust than toppings. Ordered Cesar salad, without the pumpkin seeds, which was also good, however they brought with pumpkin seeds. Will try again if in area.

We've been to fortify a few times and it's always a spectacular experience. Olivia is an awesome waitress. Very polite and goes above and beyond. The food never disappoints. Atmosphere is nice. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a nice dining experience!

Love this place. Visited 4 years ago for the first time, got a mushroom pizza (absolutely delicious) & finally was able to go back again this weekend! Got the logans PI, it was quite yummy, along with the fried mozzarella. Had a 30 min wait, there was a car show going on, a little crowd & music playing for entertainment while waiting & worth waiting for!Parking: There is lots of street parking in front of the businesses & a parking lot about a block away (located more behind the building, across the street)

We arrived early to our reservation and they were able to seat is with no problem. Our exceptional service began at checkin and ended when we left. There was not a single moment from the moment we arrived that it did not feel like a total experience. Now for the food...we tried the Gouda Bites and were blown away. Fried green tomatoes amazing. Shrimp and Grits were some of the best shrimp ever and the Steak Frites with Chimichurri was delicious. A perfect way to wrap up our trip!

We were at Fortify to celebrate a dear friend's 80th birthday. It was a truly lovely experience! Every single employee seemed to go beyond our expectations to provide excellent services and a perfect dining experience. The food was excellent and beautifully prepared!
Delicious dinner. We always enjoy splitting the Caesar salad & having the unique seafood specials. Tonight!s grouper with grit cake, carrots & the sauce was a great combination & presentation!

Always a wonderful meal at Fortify! And the servers are so nice and enjoyable to talk to. My daughter enjoyed the venison w/carrots and my other daughter had the roasted chicken and really liked it! It was their first time there and I was excited to give them that experience. I had the fried green tomatoes, which I think were not completely ripe as they were kind of hard. But, I've had them there before and they are delicious!! They are served as an appetizer over grits and it's enough for me as a meal. We also had the gouda bites and I always enjoy them!

The homemade butter is great, they have interesting cocktails, although I ordered the same drink twice, the drinks tasted different. The fried green tomatoes were so so but the grits was amazing! The beef filet dinner was very nice, and the grits bowl was good because of the grits, fried shrimp was tasty, sausage was ordinary. Our server was outstanding.
