One of my favorites in the country, with excellent dishes straight from farm to table, a must do. Pricey as most high end dining establishments, but definitely worth it.
Fortify Kitchen and Bar offers a wonderful dining experience with excellent service and flavorful, filling dishes. Guests are pleasantly surprised by unique menu items like the PBJ tart. The restaurant consistently impresses with its high-quality cocktails, appetizers, entrees, and sides, providing a refreshing contrast to the mediocre meals and service often found elsewhere. The potato salad is a standout—fresh, flavorful, and moist—definitely a home run. The wagu burger is juicy, seasoned, and perfectly cooked, making it a favorite for returning visitors. The trout and fried shrimp are also enjoyed by diners, complemented by delicious desserts like flourless chocolate cake. The staff, including attentive servers, ensures a delightful experience for all who visit this beloved establishment, though some find the prices a bit high, especially during special occasions like pre-Valentine's Day.
