“The service was excellent I go there every time I am in the area to play golf at Kings WoodDietary restrictions: They do have sugar free syrup so if you are diabetic you still can get whole wheat pancakes ?Wheelchair accessibility: There's a handicap parking spot as far as wheelchair accessibility it's a tight fit and the bathroom is tight“
“Great service great food some of the best ribs i have ever had. The waiters where amazing despite clearly being understaffed they brought the food way faster then excepted. Be a little patient with them. The atmosphere wasn't perfect and the bench seats where uncomfortable. Other then that 10/10Vegetarian options: If you are here as a vegan dont go.Dietary restrictions: None of the the options have cheese as far as I could tell. So good for lactose intolerance people.Parking: Plenty of spots the ossue was there was birthday party we where just aboe to get a spot so ill ssy it is fine but you might have trouble on bussy days.Kid-friendliness: Not unkidfriendly but not kid friendly either there is a bar and alot of alcohol so if you jave a problem with that with your kids leave them at home or cary out because its worth it.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and all tables have olaces for people with spaces with a wheelchair.“
“Was so excited to find this place on my vacation. Reminded me of a BBQ pit I worked at when I was young in the Smokies .The food was amazing with super friendly staff. I wish I had a place like this closer to home as I'd be a regular!Had a juicy hot philly with crispy tater tots and it was so good a few delightful moans might have been heard.“
“I don't go to this restaurant often, in fact I was actually having to the Sunday Diner next door for their Friday seafood night but didn't realize they stopped it at 7:00 p.m. LOL. Not wanting to get back in the rain, I decided to sit down and look at the menu in order the very simple meal of fish and chips. They're not joking when they say that they serve their meals with a little bit of flair. The food was appealing, their notion of a side salad was a very generous portion (although I wish cheese was one of the ingredients). Both the fish strips and the fries were cooked perfectly and the 1399 price was incredibly reasonable in this day and age.I definitely plan to return more often. Just like the Sunday Diner which is in the same out of the way shopping strip, this is off the main drag behind United Community Bank so a lot of the tourists tend to miss it but the locals sure do know about it and anyone looking for great food, great service, and fair prices ought to use the GPS on their phone it made their way to Ishy's Grill.Wheelchair accessibility: I certainly can speak to this as I am in a power chair. There is a handicap parking space directly in front of the restaurant and there's no curb and plenty of parking. I was able to drive my wheelchair into the restaurant with no bumps or tight squeezes and they have multiple tables that can accommodate wheelchairs and power chairs.“
“Vince and team crank out some high end restaurant quality smokehouse meats, Togo meals like chicken parm, pan seared trout, wrapped sandwiches and a surprisingly good wine & cheese case. Plus all the basic sundries of a good ol market without having to make it all the way to Clayton. Don’t sleep on the homemade brownies either.“
“What a great place. The food here is prepared to order so if you're in a hurry you should probably go to McDonalds down the street and eat their street trash because good, quality food takes time. This is a place to relax, put your phone down, look across the table, visit with your mate, and wait for your culinary delight to show up. My wife and I have had the sweet potato pancakes (yum!) the Campfire Scramble (They actually 'ask' you how you'd like your hash browns cooked-me: extra crispy), their cinnamon rolls (so good they have to be Heaven sent), the sour dough bread (eating some right now at home...incredible) and their fresh made quiche...to die for. All the baked goods are made onsite fresh daily and don't last long. Susie, the owner and head chef, is the sweetest thing on two legs and well skilled in good vittles. We have a second home here but I'm thinking about throwing a sleeping bag in the back of this restaurant.“
“Great place in Downtown Clayton, GA. Very dog friendly and have a great outside. But it was surprisingly freezing in mid-April so we sat inside.Bar atmosphere was cool, service was great. More of a craft beer bar than bottled domestics and I’m not a craft beer person. Nice selection of craft beers though.Food was excellent. Burger was cooked perfectly to a medium temperature and fries were great. The Brisket French Dip was very good too. Not used to having Brisket used as the meat for a French Dip but was impressed. Had that Smokey flavor to it. Au Jus was flavorful and the Cucumber Salad was fantastic.Would 100% come back again. Based on the quality of the food, anything on the menu would be good.“
“Wonderful breakfast! My buddy and I were passing through and stopped for breakfast. The food was very good. Everything was hot, service was spot on. The cleanliness of the restaurant was the best I’ve ever seen. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a good meal, pleasant staff and clean place. Mary was our waitress…“
“Matt and his crew are absolutely incredible. This place is something special and you won’t want to miss it. Everyone is warm and friendly and the food and service and lodging were all A+. Don’t miss out on this place. My son, my brother, and I stayed here while doing some off-roading and being able to ride hard all day and then show up to a hot shower and a friendly face with a cold beer waiting for you is fantastic. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.“
“I absolutely love this place. The food is fantastic and you can tell the guys definitely love what they do and take a lot of pride in it. This place also had some of the best customer service that I’ve experienced in a long long time. The staff was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to take of me. Also, the location and the outside eating area is flipping adorable.“
“Great experience at Willie’s Tavern! Laid back, fun environment with a little bit for everyone! The food was awesome! We ate there both days of our visit and loved it! The chef style philly and chicken tacos were amazing! Wish we had more time to try the whole menu! The entire staff does a great job if welcoming their guests and making sure their experience is the best! Keep up the good work crew!“
“Truly amazing. Sometimes the reviews get it just right. Food portions were insane and hella good. Prices were refreshing. Mark my words, I will be back VERY soon. This restaurant is worth a 2 hour drive. Thank you for a killer start to 2024.“
“This has been a favorite for a while. We went up to grab some lunch and I had a bowl of chili and a bacon cheeseburger. Both were well seasoned, cooked perfectly, and absolutely delicious!! After lunch we went to the distillery down the hill (still on the farm) and enjoyed flights of their whiskeys, rums, and vodka. The atmosphere was fantastic. Ben and his cohort were hilarious and treated us like we were family. I can’t wait to head back and hang out again!“
“Nice lunch, they have definitely gone to COVID-sized portions (which might be a heath benefit with this sort of food, honestly). Expect deliciously greasy fairway food at about 1/3 the price you'd pay at the county fair. Goats on the Roof provides inside and outdoor seating, all family friendly. They let my dog Buddy eat indoors as well. One thing we didn't like is paying up front and being asked for a tip. It's a little intimidating. If you DON'T tip, do they treat you differently? Tips are given after service, not before, so maybe tell them up front your tip plans, but you will be asked before you get your food. It was raining lightly, but the food truck is outside, so plan accordingly.“
“We had a lovely time and a wonderful lunch here! Every food and drink item we ordered was divine including the lavender lemonade, sweet tea, truffle fries, chicken salad sandwich and Mac and cheese. Our waitress Bren was kind, attentive and very helpful. The view is absolutely stunning, which can be especially enjoyed in the outdoor seating area. All around a perfect experience!“
“First time here, has loads of potential to be a great diner, we arrived just at the cut off for breakfast so ate the buffet instead. Not really what we were hoping for, but intended to return to eat breakfast and order from the menu.Service was great and very friendly.“
“The food is still great but the facility has gotten a little run down. Also the menu never changes like it used to. They haven’t had country ham the last few times we have been. Prices have gone up a lot and I guess that is natural. The value is being able to take leftovers home. Fried okra is still consistently the best I’ve had.“
“The pizza was delicious and came out fast and hot. Server was wonderful and attentive. We tried the pear cider and that was great. We also had the creamsicle cake and that was very good. Cute place. Will return when we are back in Clayton.“
