The service was quick and friendly. We had the flat-top rolled omelette, breakfast sandwiches, and cinnamon rolls. All were phenomenal! Everything we had including the biscuits and cinnamon rolls were hand made that morning and still warm. Should we ever come back to Clayton the Mountain Grill will be on our places to stop!
It may be a small place but the food was amazing and the service was great. I preferred it to the busy nature of the restaurant next door. We waited at the Rusty Bike for about 20 minutes and no one even greeted us. I had my husband go check next door at the Mountain Grill and it had no wait. The bakery had amazing breads and cinnamon rolls, and the breakfast was so tasty. We had the quiche and a Rueben. Both excellent choices! What a great place. The food here is prepared to order so if you're in a hurry you should probably go to McDonalds down the street and eat their street trash because good, quality food takes time. This is a place to relax, put your phone down, look across the table, visit with your mate, and wait for your culinary delight to show up.
