The server we had tonight was beyond rude. I have never been treated the way we were tonight at Mama Gs. We met friends there we had not seen in years. It was their first experience at Mama Gs. We had just finished eating and we were talking a few minutes. I was there on Tuesday evening, I ordered chicken parm and asked for alfredo sauce on the pasta. What I got was not chicken parm! the chicken was dry and there was NO cheese or sauce for my chicken. Honestly the server did not listen when I ordered. Very disappointing! We had been there previously and always been satisified.
I am in the so called service industry where quality matters. I love Italian food and had heard good things about Mama Gs restaurant and their garlic rolls! I came up to spend the weekend just outside Clayton and looked forward to visiting Mama Gs. Sorry to say my wife and I were thoroughly disappointed.
