Very cold had to have a jacket . Tables was not cleaned off till someone needed them . No refills no ticket till we checked out . Would have like to know how much was pizza and how much was drinks just total on my receipt.

This place has really went down hill. Called in an order, got a call back asking what our order even was, waited an hr. Got home and the food was absolutely terrible and half not even what we ordered

Got the wrong food when we finally got it 45 minutes after ordering. They told us our pizza took twice as long because it was deep dish. Didn’t end up getting a deep dish pizza. So not sure why it took so long. You forgot our food just say so. The manager,I guess, turned his back when I walked by and even said thank you.
The pizza is great and the workers are so... awesome at what service they give each time I go.
