Nothing better then finding a little hidden gem that as soon as you step inside you feel at home. We loved the atmosphere the food and the people. Will be back soon!

Always loved dining here until the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend. Brought family with us from out of town. My son had biscuits and gravy as part of his meal, all good until he pulled a long hair out of his mouth from the food. Not upset but did inform our waitress out of nothing more than being informative. I know this happens and it isn’t deliberate. My son asked his daughter for a bite of her fruit and lo and behold a curly hair attached to the banana slice. So again just let the waitress know. She was extremely apologetic and I said no worries it happens just letting y’all know hairnets may be needed. She informed the owner who responded by stating “I’m not paying for anyone’s food”. Unbeknownst to him my husband was standing at the end of the bar and heard him. He looked at the owner and said not a problem no one’s asking for credit on our bill. Really low class attitude to believe we were trying to get one over. And yes he and the wait staff know us as frequent diners, but never again due to his attitude not the hair issue which isn’t appealing either lol

We enjoyed breakfast at 1:30 p.m. . Lots of folks but the line was not too long. I had the Greek omelette and my wife had gravy biscuit and eggs and hash browns. We sat at the bar because the tables were full. It was not a problem. We had great service. This place has lots of personality. The owner enjoys talking with the guests.

This place lives up to its reputation. Great food, especially breakfast, and outstanding service. I would recommend the pancakes. If you are lucky enough to sit at the bar, the owner will serve you a spoonful of dessert while looking into your eyes. You won't understand this until you go.
