Fries good, roast beef mid, I had asked for a refund but they instead replaced the sandwich with a new one and normally that would be fine but the new one wasn’t much better. So I just left.
We got the "double" beef and cheddars! I can't believe I am saying this, but it was too much meat! We got them in the drive-thru and they were too hard to eat!!! Lol!!! Taste wise, Arby's is Arby's --- but this place is excellent in the quantity of meat!!! ????
This place was on point!!! They were very busy at the time we arrived but the staff was rock stars cause they got the food out not only to us inside but to those going through the drive thru. The food was fresh & hot. The service was very friendly & was going beyond to please their customers, I say this due to what I'll politely call an "entitled j**** tried to make a scene, but they handled it grace & dignity. Props to the manager on duty & the staff!!!
