Poor management, way past Covid and still dining area not opened, drive through is always a 30 minute wait. Save your time go to commerce.
not accusing customers of stealing Bo rounds at the drive thru window when you didn't put them in the bag to begin with!
Ordered over $50 worth of chicken and sides for a large family picnic in advance, online. App says it would be ready in 30 min. Ok no problem. Get to the store and the door is locked and it’s drive thru only. Again kinda weird to have order online available and no way to get your food but ok. Get in a long line. Wait about 15 min. tell the drive thru guy I have an online order and he said ok pull to the second window.
