“I have very rarely had a bad experience at this location. Last night changed that and was the worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had. For starters they were extremely under staffed and only one young lady up front making drinks and taking orders. The wait time to order was longer than I have ever experienced and we were the only people in line. As we were waiting 2 people walked back up with messed up orders one was a young man with a gluten allergy and had asked for gluten free. They proceeded to take the ingredients off the gluten bun and just transfer them to the new one which he had to ask them again to remake bc those ingredients were already in contact with the gluten. Then as we finally were ordering the young lady didn’t know how to remove the lettuce from my sandwich asked the manager for help and was told he didn’t have time. He finally walked over removed the items and left. When we received our food the fries were cold and my sandwich still had lettuce etc on it. All in all just not what I expect from this restaurant”

“Great bakery:) Their custom cakes are worth it. Rebecca is an artist. If you want a professional, custom cake for your event she is the one you go to in Bainbridge. PERIOD. It will be the perfect color, and delicious. We never worry abt the cake. It is always taken care of and all we hv to do it pick it up :) Looks amazing on the party table every year”

“I give this five stars because of the service received by a gentleman named Travis. Extremely friendly, when I walked in he immediately took the register and efficiently took my order. He then went right to work on the order. He took it upon himself to cut and separate my children’s sandwich into three separate boxes. He personally came out and brought the order to me and even bagged up my chips. Very refreshing to get such friendly and professional service. Thank you Travis, keep up the great work!”

The poor rating for service was due to the associate taking drive-thru orders one after another after another while ignoring the customers standing right in her face. I even asked, "Are you going to take our order?" She continued to ignore us and kept taking drive-thru orders. This is NOT quality customer service.”

“First off they get 5 stars for being open inside on a Sunday evening when most of the other fast food places were closed or drive thru only. We had not eaten in a Taco Bell for probably 20 years, so to go here was an event for us. The menu is a little daunting with so many items, but one thing stands out are fair prices. Everyone working were extremely friendly, the dining area clean and well stocked. When I was younger and ate at Taco Bells more frequently, I judged them by how well they made a MexiMelt. Apparently the MexiMelt is back on their menu from the 90s. This location's MexiMelt was hot, filled well with the special salsa, not quite folded correctly. I give it a A-. My spouse's Gordita was rated A+ by her.

Dietary restrictions: One drawback of Taco Bell is if you prefer or are Gluten Free. They have few options since wheat flour is used in almost all their shells, wraps, nachos, etc.”
