The staff in the drive thru was rude and told us to "hurry up" even though it was empty. Asked if they had milkshakes that day and they said "yes," then said they were out when I got to the window to pay. They gave me the wrong sandwich too.

Let me tell you the improvement in this place. Long time cochran resident. They started terrible. Food awful, service rude! Now u get thru dt so fast I stop every morning. It is always hot and good. I literally spend less than a min in that dt every time. And they are busy in the morning. The staff has improved so much. I use them every sunday for my church lucheon. The general manager Rachel always gives me the best service. I know you get alot of bad reviews from people that just like to compain. But here is a good one!

Rude workers in drive thru window. Did not have half the food on the menu board. Tried to order a milkshake and before I could finish my sentence, they said, “we out.” Food was disgusting. Will not go back!

Didn't like the combination of the chicken pieces I ordered she wouldn't give me time to order my sides left out my biscuit,when she brought our food to the truck she almost dropped it at the window. She was talking to another person saying she was ready to get off work. And go home.They done really good when they first opened up, but not now, I guess because they don't have any help like they did when they first started, and this Jack's was in Cochran, Georgia.

Food has always been good, but sometimes not available at peak hours. Focus is on drive-through which is high usage in our town. I prefer dine-in. Service has improved.

I absolutely love the made from scratch biscuits! Best in the world aside from my nanny's.And that chicken ain't no joke neither, the skin is so crisp and the meat is moist and cooked all the way through.My ole lady happens to work there and that doesn't affect my opinion one single bit!This is by far one of the cleanest places to eat in all of Cochran! They have to pull out everything & sweep and mop behind!I definitely give them a 10 on a 1 thru 10 scale.Kid-friendliness: They love our kids. My kids are welcome there anytime, even when my girl is working & I get off alittle late.Wheelchair accessibility: Front door is made for anyone. Wheelchairs included!

Probably the worse Jack’s I have been too as far as service. I mean the food is made fine and tastes on par with every other Jack’s. The trick is if they have what you order. Or if they have it and you pay extra for white meat fried chicken. You can wait until they actually cook it or they will give you a thigh instead of the breast you paid extra for. And I don’t think I have gone through the drive through without being asked to pull up and wait, even when I am the only person in the line. Literally I have never been when everything was available, ready to go in a normal amount of time and the order correct. Something is always wrong. While I have been sitting here eating 4 people have come in from the drive through because something was not right with their order and it is not busy in the slightest. I will add, the people working are typically friendly so thats a plus.
