Very poor customer services, food quality and frequent low health department scores that are required to be remedied for continuation of business. The older folks that have been at this location for years are all kind and know their business and how to interact positively with customers. However, the young hires have no communication skills nor are there any skills associated with normal worker/customer interactions. I have been through this location so many times and it just seems to be standard operating procedure to not say "Welcome", "Please", or the worst omission, "Thank you for your order.".I could expound on the food quality but what really stands out is how often the order is put into the bag incomplete. I feel this is due to limited reading ability and lack of concern that an order even is delivered correctly.

Ordered curbside, and waited about 20 minutes, and had to walk in. They saw me waiting and compensated with cookies and an apple pie. But I still would have rather have had my food on time

Every time for three weeks that I’ve been by to get an iced latte, the machine is down. I have even been told that it’s because Night Shift didn’t clean it before they went home.

Every time I go to this McDonald’s the workers are disrespectful and act like it’s a chore to serve the customers. As of yesterday my boyfriend went through after work to pick up some dinner when he got home I opened my crispy chicken sandwich to find a quarter sized spot of GREEN MOLD on my bun. You can’t tell me the worker didn’t see it before packaging/ making. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. Called the restaurant 7 times yesterday and 3 times today to no answer at all. Don’t go to this McDonald’s from the service to the food it’s disgusting.

I am surprised that any McDonald's is still open as every time I go to one, their ice cream machine is broken. I will never waste my time going to a McFukup again!
I have been receiving emails and texts saying that now when I made and paid for my order the restaurant would go ahead and prepare my order and it would be ready when I arrived. Nope.

Ladies at the drive thru were both very nice! Order was taken quickly and the fries were hot and salted perfectly!
Got two senior cokes for $.59 each, which ony costed $1.49 for 2 drinks .
