Horrible customer service Sat in line for 30 minutes. There were two cars ahead of me before I got to the speaker only to get my food and it was cold and both of my burgers were supposed to be plain, but came with onions for some odd reason. I asked before I ordered the blueberry pie. Did They have any and I was told yes, only to get to the window and was told they were out AFTER I PAID!. but then another one came and said they just didn’t have none cooked at the time....read full review
We ordered through the kiosk, and paid there too. We asked for our drinks one coffee and a medium coke. I was given a cup but they wouldn't give my husband his coffee until the food came. There was one guy that just stood at the cash register starring out the windows, seriously. They forgot the sauce for the nuggets, we had to go ask for it. The food wasn't good.
Tea was sour. Girl at window very unfriendly. Took 20 minutes to get another tea

Food quality is also a concern, with orders often being incomplete. The restaurant has shown some effort to compensate for delays, such as offering cookies and apple pie to customers who have waited.
