I come here often & the food & service is usually good & fast but the last two visits were not a good experience. Last night, I ordered a 5 piece wing & was told at the window that it would be 5 mins & was told to go around & wait at the other window. Long story short, after about an almost half hour wait, I had to get out of my car (there was a car waiting in front of me for an order at the window) & go knock on the window & ask for my food. Unfortunately I didn’t get the gentleman’s name who was working when I visited this location. I was in line for a while waiting for the people in front of me to get their food and was getting a little irritated until it was my turn and I asked the man if he was having to take orders and cook and he said yes that he was the only person there. He was working really hard to try to get everyone their food and on their way. I ended up tipping him.

Not sure if this location is under new management. spoke with the new General Manager Mr. Richard service was great love customer service. people there was so friendly with a smile. food was fresh and hot.
