I recently visited this restaurant while at a work conference and regretted my decision rather quickly. While the salad bar was fresh and looked clean and the service was great... I was sitting at the table waiting for my food to arrive and a roach crawled across the table and onto my arm 🙃
We very quickly left and will never be returning.

Food and food quality has been real up and down lately Salad bar is stocked with whatever and it could really use a deep clean I like Ruby Tuesday the app gives awesome discounts I hope they don't close this location Had my food cooked over and they still gave me a hard frozen steak as a replacement left hungry they somehow nice about the situation and apologized

Out of nearly every beer on the menu. Felt sorry for the one server handling the entire dining area. I don't recommend the Catfish/shrimp combo. Shrimp over cooked and skinny. Never saw shrimp that shape. Catfish must have been grown.

Salad bar fresh. Chicken tenders from frozen it seemed, not so good.
We were seated and our waitress was very nice. The French Quarter Chicken looked and sounded amazing. What I got however, was two burnt paper thin chicken breasts that you couldn't cut with a knife. The shrimp was even dryer. I had to send my food back. I was willing to look over the hour wait for our food, there were about 8 other people in the place, but our food was beyond terrible. My wife had the "Salmon Scampi" that was another joke of a plate. Dry salmon. No sauce. No rice. That's not scampi. That's grilled salmon with sides.... and then when I sent my good back, I had to wait another 45 mins for a single burger. 0/10 would not recommend eating here. That one star was for the waitress. The restaurant itself would have zero.

We went around noon on a Saturday and the place was empty but the inside was very cozy and there was music playing. The waitress was kind and made sure we were taken care of. We originally thought this was Mr Beast burger but we were happy to have stayed and tried Ruby Tuesday out. We got the smashed burgers and they were pretty good!
