This is the type of soul food that took me back to Grandma's house. I ordered the chicken, mac & cheese and yams. Old school heaven from the first bite no lie. If you want a good home-cooked meal, no gimmicks, no culinary fanciness , just good tasting food then this is your place and my new favorite.
Ok...I am a Caterer, and this food was On Pointe. Sweet potatoes made to perfection. Turkey wings were just like I like them. The owner even bought my food personally and had some surprise.Try them...you will go backSIMPLY MADE SOUL FOODTHE BEST

First off, the owner is a dc native, like myself, so I already knew the food would be good but man!
