Our server, Kali, did a phenomenal job and took care of us very well. We loved the Lobster Mac and Cheese and also enjoyed our lobster tail and spinach artichoke dip as well. It is well decorated with great music. Awesome job!
For being at a hotel, the food was actually good. With nothing immediately around the hotel, this was our only option, and we were surprised by the quality. The service was, at best, okay.
If you are here, don't shy away from the food. Is it going to be the most amazing? Nope. But ours was better than we expected it to be from a hotel.
Stayed here as a stopover before flying back to UK after 3 wks in USA. It’s a lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and excellent service. Free shuttle to and from domestic terminals. However, you’re miles from downtown Atlanta so you are caught in the hotel food trap which was lovely but extortionately expensive. However, we were tired and just wanted to eat and sleep. Lovely pool areas and towels. Hotel let us keep room til 3 pm

The hotel is a popular choice for Delta airline staff, despite some dated aspects like parking and lobby access. Though the beds are comfortable, some guests found the pillows to be uncomfortable.
