Customer service was excellent
The staff was unfriendly and inattentive as they could possibly be. I stood at the window directly in front of the attendant who was bagging the orders. Not once did she acknowledge me, ask about my order, or offer assistance of any kind. After 3 or 4 minutes two gentlemen arrived and the same treatment until one decided to knock on the glass window. It's blatantly clear that Towanana doesn't enjoy her job and passes that bad energy on to her customers. Do better Waffle House...read full review
