Had a taste for catfish today stopped by and ordered nice friendly staff and clean environment had my order in no time everything is cooked to order a very nice gentleman brought out my food and greeted me with a smile like he new me made me really glad this business is in griffin family friendly Thank you for the hospitality and the food was awesome
I’ve never had a problem with the food because I stick to what I know which is the fried trout, it was always good. However on Friday 11-2 was my son’s 47th birthday. I ordered a 15 PCs whiting, 6 PCs catfish. I spent $76, the catfish was ok, but the whiting was not fit to eat. I should have checked before I left the restaurant, however I was rushing to get back home bc I had guest arriving. The fish looked as though it had been sitting under the warmer, it just looked old....
I have been eating fried fish from Yasin's since I was 16 and they were in downtown Atlanta. It's a go to staple when I am near the Airport or Old National Hwy. Consistently good. I always get the Whiting and take home the Whiting nuggets, they are wonderful with Grits.
