i hate ordering TO GO from this location. the spinach dip is always ruined for some reason. either they forget the cheese. burn the cheese, or give me a block of cement they call cheese. Gentian blvd almost always perfects the spinach dip

“Our waitress was very nice, but unfortunately the food was disappointing. The Bourbon Street Chicken was extremely oily and rubbery, so we couldn’t eat it. The chicken on the Quesadilla Chicken Salad was very cold and lacked flavor, and even the kids’ Alfredo pasta didn’t taste good my child wouldn’t eat it.”

Just wow the host told us it would be a 35 minute wait because of two parties that hadn’t showed up yet and had so tables open and it was just me and my wife and host was more concerned talking to others about hair I have never experienced that before but I can see why Applebees is failing as a corporation and I’m going to be glad that it does because customers like myself and my wife and so many other customers should be treated better and the only way I would ever come back is when they bulldoze it down

Walked in host was excellent very nice and professional. Waitress was nice order a drink and water. Received both my mixed drink had bugs in it. Had I not stirred the drink i wouldn’t have known. One came to top and I don’t know if more than one was at the bottom.

My husband and I wanted to go for a quiet dinner to enjoy some time together. We sat at the bar upon the manager’s recommendation. I wish we had sat at a table. What I thought would be an enjoyable meal wasn’t. The bartender was having a bad day or something but I immediately noticed her bad attitude. Not sure if the music was too loud to hear customer orders but something was off. Not only did she get my order wrong and tell me I said what I know I didn’t. She also copped attitude with the customers across the bar and made the one’s beside us drink wrong. And then stepping out to smoke where I overheard verbal conversation of “I just had to step out.” Look, I get it. Times are slow and people suck. My husband and I are both in upper management and work at local restaurants in the city but please, get it together or if you’re unhappy with your job; quit.

We ate here last evening. Our server was great! The food , however, not so much...we both ordered the grilled cheese cheeseburger and both sandwiches were WAY too salty, and I typically add salt to food, but definitely not this time. The fries that came with it were way too salty, as well. They also did not have my favorite soda, Mr Pibb or Dr Pepper, so I settled for Mountain Dew. On a positive note, however, the spinach dip was great, and again, our service was super attentive and great.

Food is horrible. Me and my wife ordered a steak well done. Steak were not well done,tasted horrible. Never again!!!!
And it was cold as the north pole in there.

I ordered through DoorDash from this location at 9:57 PM and didn’t receive my food until 11:20 PM — and that was only after multiple issues and me having to go up to the restaurant myself.

It took three different Dashers to try to get my order because the restaurant failed to verify pickups properly. The first Dasher apparently walked off with my food because no one made them take a photo or confirm the order before leaving. When DoorDash sent a second Dasher, the restaurant refused to remake the order, saying they had already made it once. That Dasher had to cancel too.

I called and spoke with the manager, Terrance, for about 7 minutes explaining everything. He told me to come up to the store and that he’d help me. When I arrived, a waitress greeted me and told the kitchen to start remaking my order, but nothing happened for another 10 minutes.

When the manager finally came out, he said he wasn’t going to remake my food until “verifying everything.” That verification took another 10–15 minutes. The entire time, I was standing there with the third Dasher waiting.

By the time I finally got my food, 25 minutes had passed since I got there in person — and nearly an hour and fifteen minutes after I originally ordered. The manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He offered no apology or accountability for the situation, even though this could’ve been easily avoided if the kitchen and management had followed proper pickup procedures in the first place.

This experience shows poor management, lack of accountability, and bad customer service. I won’t be ordering from this location again until they train their staff and managers to handle DoorDash orders responsibly.
