Visited Arby's on Manchester Expressway, Columbus,GA on Wednesday, Feb. 19,2025. Ordered 4 for Ten roast beef sandwiches, chicken nuggets, the best ones here with Bronco sauce... Dee-lish-us! Terry and another person help me. I went 2 times. They were mannerable, eager to help and an all American guy! I will return real soon!!!

Either we didn't speak clearly or the staff gave us what they wanted and not what we asked..Ordered 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches and 2 small fries orders..We asked no sauce at all only cheese on the sandwiches..so they made it with sauce anyway and put sauce packs in the bags to add to insult ..cold brick fries..won't be back ever..typical Manchester expressway service..

This is a older Arby's but I consistently get good service and food from. Place is kept pretty clean inside and out and the service people here I have found to be friendly.

The food is too expensive. I had 2 meals, and it came up to be $27, the food does not taste the same. The roast beef tastes like it was fake.

They are the nicest staff the food is good and reasonable. However they have been playing CHRISTMAS TOTURE MUSIC SINCE BEFORE THANKSGIVING NO WONDER THEY ARE HAVING STAFFING ISSUES. Who could listen to that for eight straight hours day after day.

I ordered online last month. When I get there I was informed that the food I ordered (turkey sandwiches) they do not carry at this store. Yet it was on the menu online and at the store. The manager on duty was nice. She informed me about how to start a refund. I called the 1 800 number in the store. I was told my refund would take 10 business days. I never received the refund. Now every time I call the number. I am told that they apologize and they will flag it so it can be seen sooner. How hard is it to refund my money back to my card?

Great experience with staff. They were kind and thoughtful, and I heard them greet another guest by name. I was in the middle of a long drive, so it was nice to come across lovely people while on the road.

waited 10 mins in the drive thru just to place the order (i was the only one in line). they never took it so we went inside and they were playing around and joking about how they wasn’t going to take any more order for the night. it was literally 7:30. the lady had a attitude the whole time inside. and it took 20 minutes for my 1 sandwich to be made.

Absolutely horrible. I came this evening and was the only customer in the drive thru and dine. There were no other customers. I was told to wait at the speaker for over 10 minutes. I finally ordered and was told to pull forward to wait in my food. 30 minutes later I left and I was the only customer there. Employees were very rude. This needs to be addressed asap!!
