Disorganized, disgusting, missing half of their flavors, no waffle cones/bowls, couldn't make them either, and we waited an obscene amount of time just trying to order a coffee. Don't go here. This place clearly needs to be shut down.
I just ordered baskin robins and it defaulted to this dunkin for whatever reason. I ordered Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and received Cookies and Cream. Not only did they mess up my order, the bag had brown spots and splashes all over and inside when the cookies and cream is black so im not sure where all the brown stuff came from. I tried to place an order for 5 days. Their phone goes straight in to voice-mail. I left a message and still haven't heard back yet. Couldn't place it on line, system kept saying try again. Baskin-Robbins you lost over $100 in sales and a highly dissatisfied customer. I finally ordered from someone else and I am very satisfied and it was a good bit cheaper and tasted great!!
