There was a change of working staff, and it sucks now, they make a bad face, and it seems like they were going to give me the ice cream, they shouldn't put these types of people to work if they don't want to be there, it's a business where you will always have to deal with clients, and you must always give your best

How does an ice cream shop not have any ice cream except for the pints? It's a Saturday, mid afternoon and the freezers are being thawed out. Why are you open? Absolutely pathetic and poor business. Your specialty is ice cream, if you can't sell that then why are you in business???

We ordered an ice cream cake and they did such a great job on it! The decorations were so well done and the writing was perfect; it really made our celebration extra special.The customer service in the store (when we ordered) was very friendly and helpful.The store itself is clean and well-staffed. There’s even a drive thru option, which is really convenient.

not only did the ice cream tasted very old but i had a roach in my food and they had terrible service. they slammed my ice cream in my face and we’re mad because i asked for extra toppings. not only that but she was rude to the employee there as well.just terrible service i would give this 0 stars if i could

We were delighted to be welcomed by such courteous, efficient, and professional staff. The restaurant and restroom were very clean and tidy. The ice cream freezers were spotlessly clean. We visit this location whenever we are in town.

The ice cream is good, it is Baskin-Robbins. Reason for the one star: little disorganized. Orders three items, one item was handed directly to us, the other two were not. When we went to pay, we informed the cashier that we didn't have the other two items. Then he began to make them. After he put some ice cream in a cup, and handed it to us, another employee grabbed the two that were already made, and left on the counter (we didn't see them/didn't know they were ours). He then took the ice cream from the cup (that has been sitting on the counter) and dropped it back into the freezer. This was one of the three times we watched this happen, in the >10 minutes we were in there.

This location has been closed for remodeling. Looks nice. I'm glad it's back open. Always the best service each time I visit.
Staff was friendly and attentive. They were very patient with our kids and fixed our big order in a timely manner ( even though they were very busy).
