We were delighted to be welcomed by such courteous, efficient, and professional staff. The restaurant and restroom were very clean and tidy. The ice cream freezers were spotlessly clean. We visit this location whenever we are in town.
I love this location but im leaving this review for a specfic reason, i just got a cappucino blast original flavor (its my favorite and they always made it perfect) until today... i ended up with a vanilla shake and by the time i realized it had no coffee flavor at all i was far gone. So baskin folks PLEASE remember the coffee flavor and that you put enough in it.. please. A cappucino blast should not be a pale cream color.. or taste like a plain ol vanilla shake. We ordered an ice cream cake and they did such a great job on it! The decorations were so well done and the writing was perfect; it really made our celebration extra special.The customer service in the store (when we ordered) was very friendly and helpful.The store itself is clean and well-staffed. There’s even a drive thru option, which is really convenient.
