I was really starting to doubt this location because the service had become slow and some of the workers were very rude. But last night completely changed my mind. There were two girls and a boy working, and even though they were pretty busy, the girls had everything under control. They got us in and out quickly, all while keeping smiles on their faces and never showing any attitude. Service was very fast even when they were very busy only 2 people working, Ice cream was great!
Never in my 50 years of ice cream management have I seen a more diligent and smart young man behind the counter. I own over 60 ice cream parlors across the US and have been in the ice cream business for 50 years. While I was at this location a young man who had blonde hair and a hat on gave me the best service I have received at an ice cream establishment. I will be coming back just to get served by the young man with blonde hair. This gives me hope for our young teenagers growing...read full review

The store is clean, well-staffed, and even has a convenient drive-thru option. Customers appreciate the courteous and efficient staff, along with the spotlessly clean freezers. While one customer had a disappointing experience with a cappuccino blast, the overall love for the location remains strong. The plea is for the coffee flavor to be remembered in the drinks, as a cappuccino blast should not be mistaken for a vanilla shake.
