The worker handling our order was really nice. However our order took 45 min to make and that’s without getting wings as part of our 8pc box. There were only three workers so they need help. Food was not well, everything tasted old and not like other Bojangles I have had. Really disappointed in what seems to be a given up on business.

I cannot understand how they are able to screw up my order every time I go through the drive through. I have yet to place an order that didn't require me to park my car and take my food back inside to fix it. Today, after going inside when they messed up my order, they gave me a greasy chicken breast on a soggy biscuit, even by Bojangles standards. I've tried to be optimistic over the past 2 years of being in Columbus and give them second, third, and fourth chances. I think this time was the last chance.

The food was delicious and the customer service was great. My husband and I ordered in the drive-thru, but it looks kinda shabby outside.

Wheelchair accessibility: The building is wheelchair accessible.

Their hours and times on their store list them as open until 8:30, but when I pulled up at 6:45PM,the crew had locked their doors and were not taking drive thru orders. Disappointing performance from my favorite restaurant

Airport thruway location needs new management or regional oversite. First time experiencing customer service this bad. I am going to be detailed in hopes that corporate or someone sees this. I have never had Bojangles and my husband wanted me to try it. We went in the drive thru around 10am yesterday and we ordered a #7 and #8. The employee was talking to someone on the headset. The store was empty and no one was in the drive thru so I can assume she was talking to another employee. She asked us to repeat the order. Then we heard her again talking to someone else. So we repeated the order for the 3rd time and we went to the window. She said our total was $8. My husband said "That doesn't sound right. We had 2 meals." The young lady with an attitude and a nasty look on her face stated "No you didnt. You only had the #7." Again, my husband repeated the order and she again stated with an attitude and nasty look " No you didnt order that. You ordered a #7 and if you want to order something else you will have to go back around the drive thru" My husband and I looked at each other in disbelief and decided to leave. As we started to pull off she stuck her head out of the window and yelled " So you not gonna get the food?!!" And we yelled back "NO!!" Then the cook came out the side door and yelled at us too using profanity. How can you get our order wrong and then act as if we inconvenienced you?!! At that point i dont want anything from you because who knows what you might do to the food! This location might as well shut down if this is the staff that is running it. Horrible first time experience and I wont be back. After my experience and reading other recent reviews, I see now why the place is empty all the time. I was going to call to speak to a manager but according to reviews, apparently the in store management isn't great either. We were very disappointed and my husband was upset because he was hungry and excited for me to try it.

Why is an employee wearing a bonnet on the job and talking with her friend and seemed annoyed when I asked to buy a gift card. She said no they don't sell them. I was the only customer there at 10 am on a Saturday morning and no one in the drive through. I will not be returning. Keep up the good work and work yourself out of a job.

At 930 am they didn’t have any boberry biscuits. Everyone behind the counter was rude. The cook who claimed was the manger was hollering in the back and cussing. A lady came in and wanted a refund because her food wasn’t cooked or something and she told him to quit yelling at her because that’s no way to talk to a customer with him being the manager and he told her not to tell her what to do, he said I’m 32 years old, don’t tell me what to do.

The “We’re Hiring” sign out front may need to be a bit bigger.

The staff are always rude acting like you are inconveniencing them. They got upset at us when they gave us the wrong order. Didn’t have anything when we went either. No fries, wings, chicken.

Manager would not except my drivers license that shows veteran to get my military discount. Every Bojangles has excepted my license. This manager was extremely rude about it... Ordered 2 sweet teas and 1 unsweetened. Nothing on the lid indicated which one was unsweetened. Asked and was told we could figure it out. Asked for ketchup packs and was told they would be .33c each. Absolutely the worse Bojangles in the southeast. For all my brothers and sisters at Fort Gordon, stay away.
