I arrived at 8:40 p.m., even though the restaurant is supposed to be open until 9:00. There were still employees inside, but the doors were locked and the drive-through was closed.
If the posted hours say the restaurant is open until 9:00, customers should be able to be served until that time. The manager of this location should seriously consider addressing this with the staff and making sure the hours of operation are actually honored.

Got a cajun chicken biscuit krispy on the outside raw in the middle š¤¬
They gave me the wrong food and were missing stuff. Took them a long time and no other customers were there. On sandwich tasted like it had been sitting for a long time and had cheese on it which I didnāt want. Not a good place. I love bojangles too

Horrible breakfast was told go try it itās home made an first bite just hek no couldnāt even eat it straight chemical taste an the after taste you need mouth wash asap idk what kind of food production they got going on but itās low quality big time not good at all so note to who is in charge of the food production orders needs way way way way better food products cause this the worst taste of food iv ever had in my mouth would not recommend this place to anyone not even the poorest person avoid this place thatās for sure!

Very slow service here. Everytime I come here they never have chicken ready and you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes. They need change of management...Last time I'll come here....

Went through the drive thru, asked what came with the family meal posted on the window. The lady told me but never said any items were unavailable, so I placed my order. I got to the window and she had the nice gentleman tell me no biscuits were available that were supposed to come with it. So I asked is there an option to replace them with something else, he mentioned letting him go ask the manager. The manager returned to the window and replied āI donāt have them, either you want it or not?!ā. That response was very rude and unprofessional, I no longer support bojangles after this encounter. And by the way this was at 7:22 pm 10/06/2025, in case corporate would like to look into who the manager was on this day. She had a pink jacket on(not uniform), and a hat.

Well, we tried to eat here. We are big Bojangles fans, but not at this location. We attempted the drive-thru and the person taking our order could not hear us. Then, we parked and waited in line inside for about 10 minutes. We were not next in line when we walked out...so sad! No Bo for us! By the way, the parking lot was empty except for one family in front of us...this place needs new management!
It is 7:45p and the doors are locked and I see workers in there and no one's even answering the drive-thru. They are just staring at me as I drive by. And as I said before when I tried to go inside to place the order the doors are locked. This is not the first time this place has done this where they seem to do their own schedule and there's no signs or anything. Probably the worst establishment in Columbus.

Order 2 chicken clubs the guy said he didn't know what a club was. Told him cheese and bacon added to a chicken sandwich he said he never heard of it. I said it's on your menu board and I just explained what it is. He then yelled to his coworker if they had any bo filets who replied they were still frozen at 2:30 pm. So I ordered 2 chicken biscuits with bacon and cheese pulled to see a vape sitting at the window then see another worker with his vape walking around. He talked to his coworkers instead of actually preparing my order then when he bagged it he stood there with the bag in his hands continuing to talk. I got loud he then gave me the food. I checked the order it and it had no cheese or bacon. Drove back around the guy said he forgot but had the bacon on so he put it in a cup and wrapped the cheese handed it to me. The bacon was raw. Asked for mayo got a sack full of jelly! Run from this place!!!!

For three days in a row they have not had dirty rice this is ridiculous
I stopped by for lunch before work and was so disappointed. I ordered a two piece with sides. The mac-n-chz was good. The chicken was not even warm. Cold, hard chicken is not what I wanted. I will not go back regardless of how convenient it is.

Came through right before 7pm. Got the 8 piece chicken, 12 piece tender meal with 3 large sides, ½ Gallo of tea and 8 biscuits. They had to give us pink lemonade cause no tea. No big deal. Get home and realize they shorted us 4 tenders, a whole large side, and the 8 biscuits. Called to let them know what we were missing, and the employee that answered was rude and argumentative about the situation. Stated he packed my order himself and knew for a fact he packed everything. Told him he was wrong. Came to get what was missing and still tried to short me on the biscuits. If I wanted crappy service from a chicken spot, I'd go to Popeyes.
