It took 22 minutes in the drive-thru to get 3 pieces of chicken and a biscuit, at 2 pm on a Saturday. Always slow even with no crowd. I can't imagine what it would be like, if it were to ever get crowded. The inside is so dated and dirty, that I don't even go inside anymore.

Hour and a half before you close, meanwhile all doors are locked and no one is answering the drive thru. Just sitting in the kitchen on their phones ignoring everyone trying to get service. Won’t be back!

We visited this Columbus Bojangles this afternoon mid route from Pensacola. The crew that was working was top notch! Every single person was so sweet; the food, despite it being an odd mid afternoon visit, was so fresh, hot and good. The staff was truly the best. Thanks for an old familiar but good quick meal on our drive!
