I made a curbside pickup order today. After waiting 15 min in my designated pickup spot, I had to go inside the restaurant to get my order. After the food was sitting in the restaurant for that period of time combined with the Bradley Park detour debacle, my food was barely warm when I returned home. After promptly hearing from the Managing Partner, my faith in this restaurant is restored. I am convinced this blip will not happen again.

New to Columbus and not a pleasant experience on my birthday seated 10 ft from the kitchen. Food average with small portions for overpriced Chilean sea bass. Wine bottle priced high for house brands. Server gets 5 stars, overall rating is a 3. Staff should have proper etiquette -- you never know who your customer is. Treat people better. Would have stayed longer but the ambience was a 2. Server was the only bright spot in a ho-hum experience. I don't know if the sea bass...

I ordered Bang Bang shrimp and rice to go. The estimated time was 20 minutes. After 5 minutes, I called and informed them that I was waiting. 20 minutes after that call, I walked in the restaurant. They were brining my order which was warm at best. It was not busy so I’m confused as to why.

I had a previous experience where I asked a waitress about chewing gum and serving food. She became offended but did remove it.
