“I went with my boyfriend and we got Liz as a server. We ordered our food and a few minutes later Liz comes back to show something to my boyfriend. She showed him that we could get a free entree with a purchase of another entree and two drinks. We had no idea about that, completely missed the sign when walking in. Because of this we saved $17. We can't thank Liz enough for saving us that extra money. She was very sweet and provided excellent service. We would return to this location just to see her again.“

“We visited from Florida and really enjoyed our meals. However, our server Symone D was terrible! Very unpleasant, unfriendly, and snappy when simple questions about the menu were asked. She needs additional training on customer service and communication and learn how to explain the menu.“

“Immanuel was our server and he was awesome! He was patient and thorough, and checked on us appropriately. He even educated us on downloading the app and showed us how to work it. Will definitely be returning. Great food and awesome customer service!“

“Cook’s Place is a Columbus institution. There are other items on the menu, but you come here for hot dogs, including the locally famous scrambled dog. I prefer the chili dog, and the fries are on point.
Service is fast and friendly, even during the busy lunch rush. The restaurant is decked out in a 50s vibe, grease your hair and bring the Bobby socks and poodle skirt for the full experience.“

“I mobile order nearly everywhere. Lately, this restaurant has only had Buffalo Ranch and 2 other dipping sauces. Yesterday, they only had Buffalo Ranch. If you order a different dipping sauce then what they have, they don't say anything. They just hand you the bag. Only one person has said anything in 3 weeks. She had on a different styled uniform, so she may have been a supervisor/manager. Yesterday, the lady at the window seemed so annoyed I asked about the sauce before pulling off. 1 to 2 times I wouldn't even care too much like it's just sauce, but this is the 5th time now. & all, but this time, I was headed to work. ( & Yes, I have ordered the sauces that were available at the last visit each time. I also haven't seen any signs out & the app still has all of them listed.) IF THERE IS A SIGN, I APOLOGIZE & I WILL UPDATE ASAP!“

“First time trying this little spot and I was surprisingly impressed. I was greeted when i came in and the 2 young ladies at the counter were very friendly. I ordered a philly cheesesteak combo and it was excellent. Hot fresh and hit the spot! Yall keep doing what you're doing!!! Ill be back whenever im in the area for sure.“

“We loved our first meal here! Everything was delicious and everyone working was so friendly. They do a great military discount as well. Love the atmosphere. Chicken was the best we’ve had. Burger was also really good. Can’t wait to come back and try some other menu items.“

“My son was hungry after his soccer game and wanted to eat at Cook Out. At first I was a bit skeptical due to the fact that I’ve never been to Cook Out. I tried it for the first time and let me say that it was one of the best burgers I have ever had. Service was great and food was served fresh. We will definitely come back again.“

“I’ve been in Columbus for about 5 months and have eaten out at least 3 times a week! This is by far the best restaurant I’ve eaten at. The building is beautiful and the owner is one of the nicest gentlemen and best cooks I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I highly recommend“

“Im a regular here. I love this location. ALL the servers and bartenders are great. Tania and April are my favorites, though they are all great. I frequent usually by myself. Food is good and the salad bar is a good choice. Always some type of special to take advantage of.“
